  • As of 2019 I no longer work for Fanimation and all questions re: the company, their products, or the museum should be directed to them. I most likely will not reply to those questions re: video comments.
    Fanimation is home of the world's largest (and presumably only) fan museum, with hundreds of fans from the 1800s to present! The curator is Tom Frampton, founder of Fanimation, whose personal collection is included in the museum.
    There are a great many ceiling fans installed EVERYWHERE in the company, including every single office and cubicle. There is also a great deal of fan-related artwork and memorabilia posted everywhere.
    The lower level deals primarily with pre-1950s ceiling, desk, and hand fans. The upper level deals primarily with post-1950s ceiling, desk, and hand fans. This section is a work in progress, and I have added many vintage ceiling fans from my personal collection.

    Neon Lights are known to not be compatible with dimmers and can be burned out.

    Keep one ring fan and then replace the other with a cast Dayton 👌

    • @dspiffy
      @dspiffy  6 років тому

      Which version? Those all seem kind of plain and common to me.

    • @Marksfansandthings
      @Marksfansandthings 6 років тому

      Dan ''Spiffy'' Neuman not really. Don’t you have a harsh environment one? Would be neat to have it in there showing how some were made for outdoor wet applications? Also those move more air than the ring fan stamped versions. Both are pretty uncommon

    • @dspiffy

    • @Marksfansandthings
      @Marksfansandthings 6 років тому

      Dan ''Spiffy'' Neuman really. Those are plain compared to some
      Of the fans you have in the museum? Those would be the plain looking ones...pretty sure it wouldn’t be >.> plus a lot of people like the older cast Dayton’s.
