I love Maestro, with all the counters to his gadget he deserved that third camera. The lmg recoil adjustments are also so nice for his alda I think he's in a pretty great spot now.

The drones are loud af, as the tank they are. If you’re just keen on your ears and can predict where they can come from you can almost prefire them. Just don’t miss because the window is short.
Maestro is my primary go-to for defense on the majority of points and I love seeing him get some recognition, so many cool ways you can catch people out with his gadget’s fun applications: like safely clearing Gridlock’s Trax, synergies with Goyo and Aruni to safely trigger shot gadgets, and hard-counter to Sens (as if they weren’t already kinda screwed). But please, please, please Ubi… he’s starved for cosmetics that aren’t just seasonal recolours or his esports pack and the only recent one we got shows him old like we’re all gonna be by the time he gets his Elite
Difference is in the size, maestro is almost impossible to miss wherever you place it, valk cams can be placed in some sports where they are impossible to see
i hope console gets a buff where if you hold the left trigger it slows the speed to the ADS speed maestro is so hard to use if your hip fire sens is really high like mine such a simple change would make him and a bunch of different ops better on console
one tip i can give to aspiring maestro players is, dont give up on your camera, even if an attacker came up to it and started punching it, you can stil move it left right up down to frustrate them, they might just give up
Okay, as a learning maestro main, I need to know, how do I get better at the meatball man? Such as just.. Learning better cam positions, And (while this may seem like a skill gap) hitting my laser beams
put the meatballs in spots where you can remove access to so that attackers have to use utility to clear them like in archives on border, hitting the lasers is entirely aim also there's no point in hiding them because they're loud as hell and really obvious so just put them as high up and out of the way as possible so they can't be destroyed
Maestro cams definitely better for site, but valk cams are still supreme for outside the site on stairs, hallways, or common rooms attackers like to converge on outside the site.
This is why if I ever see a Maestro, I always play Deimos, Brava, or IQ.. even when I see an Echo, Echos hate when you're an IQ, and you floor bang his drones.
