When pushing it back into the squares below, does it have to go in the center of the square? How do you know if you are in the center of the square pushing it back in?
@richardpoland4074 you should be able to feel it go in easier if it's in the middle of the square. If it is not easy, then try aiming in different directions until it goes in. Sometimes it needs a little encouragement :)
It hasn't, because the loop was pushed all the way in. If you push it all the way down into the backing, the vacuum shouldn't have anything to grab on to.
