- Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presents the first budget of the Modi 3.0 government. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a provision of Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture and allied sectors in this year's budget. A Jan Samarth-based Kisan Credit Card will be introduced in five states. The government will also provide financing for shrimp farming and marketing. Additionally, the government aims to strengthen the production, storage, and marketing of pulses, Sitharaman said in her budget speech.

All these monetary benefits are on the supply side. What about the demand side ? When demand is high the companies pick up non skilled workers also. When demand is low, they will fire the most skilled workers. So this employment money transfer scheme won't do any additional help

A. Apprenticeship- This will help labour intensive companies. Currently they are spending money to train them but now government will pay. Manpower skill quality will improve but more employment doubtful in long term.
What man after a diploma the salary is only 5k to 8k what is benefits he is still working as a contract period if he continues in the same co this is the scam that adding more staff for less salary 😢😢

What happened to Skill India? 10 yrs after the Skillindia was announced, what skills are generated and what employability is? Ambani generated temporary employment by spending 5K crore on his son's marriage with the money he amassed through low corp tax. Kudos to Modi & Nirmala . Tax payers, you can suck your thumb and sleep.
Corporates do not hire freshers because of cost of training...on new skills required in their companies....now since govt. is going to off load their cost for 3 months by giving 15K....freshers will be hired...
