Thank you. Nice video, and well done in giving credit. One thing to point out with this bypass is 4K upscale mode will not work - 1080p will work (so at least the console back up and running in 1080)
I have a question... On xbox one x, problem with swap tv, so on first tv, work great,no problem. When connect to another tv, no picture. I have changed screen resolution, return to factory setting...all same. On first work with no problems,on another tv's black screen. ANY idea
I've got a beep on, beep off on my series S, I've got all the standby voltages, when I plug in the AC cord the fan doesn't do the obligatory short spin, when I monitor the 5 volt line after pressing power it gets pulled down as if there is a short on that rail after a mosfet gets triggered, any ideas?
No, unfortunately without directly diagnosing the board is very difficult to know what it may be. If you’d narrowed down a short on the 5v rail, I suggest injecting 1v, 1 amp on that 5v rail and see what gets hot with a thermal camera or feel with your hand on the board to see if you feel anything getting hot, potentially the south ridge ic.
@@RosalesSuperTech Strange thing yesterday, I sprayed IPA around U4C2 3.3v regulator to see if anything evaporated the alcohol, when touching the caps C4C12 and 13, the fan started spinning? I also found a 2Ohm short on the GFXcore testpoint, is that normal? - ( I already probed that before and don't remember it being like that?). I have a Flir camera, might try your idea and run the bench supply in a 1V on the GFXcore.
When you say leg 1 and 2, are referring to Pads 1 and pads 2? If so, no that is not normal. That would intel that you either have a bridge that is causing a short or a shorted component.

Sorry, I thought you said X, but yes. The Series S should be similar to the Xbox One X, series X. I have yet to complete one though as I haven’t had any come through that needed it.
Great job very professional.

You are correct; that is a downside to a bypass. Thanks, bud.
@@RosalesSuperTechhey how safe is this mod in long term i read that esd also have over current protection from voltage spikes
@exooooo9122 it really isn't recommended, there is an alternative though.
Great Job,it will be work with XBOX ONE S either ?
I’ve got no video after xflasher console turns on with fans running but no video also xflasher mentioned a bad sector during read? Any ideas?
two points are missing there that enable automatic and 4k

Sounds like the retimer IC. Unless the HDMI port is bad on that seconds TV that it doesn’t display on.
Heyyyyy! The same with me , no one belive me .
More then likely a retimer ic issue
