Will getting himself held in contempt, even putting his feet up on the table in the middle of court, just to get a 24 hour continuance is just an awesome move. I would want him as my lawyer if I ever needed one.
'And I was surprised, in reviewing your past court cases, how often you encouraged lawyers to move on, without actually ruling, therefore avoided having your non-rulings overturned on appeal.....in my opinion.'
That first judge is like some posters on the internet. "That's only your opinion!" "Well yeah, when I write something it's obviously my opinion... *facepalm*"
I wish they did a spin-off for Will too. The Good Wife, The Good Fight and for will: The Good Life. You know a show of his life after law school up to alicia coming back to his life.
The military court case Was the best episode From the entire season. It was a funny episode & Will Gardner reminds Me of Harvey Specter. They look similar,or is It just me!??
Will: Why are you here? Judge Kuhn: To court-martial you. Will: ...ha, ha. xD I liked the dynamic between Will and the female judges. Judge Kuhn is my favourite of all TGW judges. :)
Kudos to the casting people for "The Good Wife". Ana Gasteyer plays Judge Patrice Lessner ("In my opinion...) but is best known for her six seasons as a cast member on "Saturday Night Live". Linda Emond in the military court plays Judge Leora Kuhn but is well known for her work on Broadway and has several Tony nominations. Sharp viewers will recognize many guest actors (male and female) both from the Broadway stage as well as two judges who played crime bosses on HBO "The Sopranos" (Junior Soprano and Johnny 'Sack' Sacramoni).
You can see why Alicia slept with Will lmao 😂 dude’s daredevil 😂 without the catholic compass lmao 🤣 Judge: hell of a way to get a continuous Will: bitch please it was nothing lmao 🤣 7:44 Spoiler, the Prosecution was sleeping with the witness and the defendant’s superior officer was forcefully sleeping with his wife but Alicia and Will won the case but ultimately lost as the defendant had to return to Active Duty ( where everyone would know what happened and probably get a hard time or even killed… plus his wife is dead which makes this a lose lose episode) 🔥💯
I absolutely am so tired of court shows that do the whole surprise evidence thing. Evidence that wasnt submitted to discovery isnt allowed in the court, period.
You can be offended all you want but a judge shouldn’t get to skirt the law. If she had nothing to hide then why did she need an hour lunch recess when she already said she was sustaining it without stating it.
Ana Gasteyer looked like she was having a ball as the 'in my opinion' judge. This had to come from some real judge or courtroom experience since it's so off the wall as to be thought up by some writer.
So the case was a lawyer accused of giving a witness list to his drug lord client and thus getting a witness killed. Eventually the client blackmails the drug lord into giving up the killer who claims he did it without information from the client. So the courtroom stuff all kind of ended up being pointless.
Will was a Dick but in this episode he not only did what was right but he owned that court room and demonstrated that even your superiors have flaws and when it comes down to someone’s future/fate… ( I can’t pick a word ) it’s detrimental, pinnacle, honorable to represent them to the best of your ability… I took the Bar in my state once but it’s not there to trick you but it was incredibly difficult and even tho I didn’t passed ( I wanted to pass just to be more knowledgeable about my rights as a citizen ) I understand the depth of an Oath or for myself the value of the Truth… hint hint you can go to a public library to learn the law and if you want to go further go to the Library of Congress… it’ll have everything… having a retentive memory is a bitch sometimes… this show exaggerates a bit for suspense and drama but they do their research too… every U.S State has different laws
Will getting himself held in contempt, even putting his feet up on the table in the middle of court, just to get a 24 hour continuance is just an awesome move. I would want him as my lawyer if I ever needed one.
The In-My-Opinion judge is my favourite in the whole show, In my opinion
😂😂😂😂 Perfect comment
Same I loved that judge lol 😭😭
No it's very annoying because it's already common sense that it's his opinion unless he backs it up with evidence
@@jonathanmay7508 is that in your opinion?
@@david030491 unfortunately 😕
This is why I loved Will. He was always the Fighter, the one who never liked being pushed, and if he was pushed or put down, he'd bring you hell
This video is great, in my opinion.
I love it when they're in military court, how they're always that little too slow when the guy yells "ALL RISE!!"
Imagine Will Gardner and Havery Specter in one court, arguing!
Will all the way
I want to see that
Will would destroy All-Sizzle Harvey
Will would get Harvey a map.
What Harvey will bury him
'And I was surprised, in reviewing your past court cases, how often you encouraged lawyers to move on, without actually ruling, therefore avoided having your non-rulings overturned on appeal.....in my opinion.'
Will's charisma was through the roof.
In your opinion?

In my opinion, Will Gardner is way hot...
Your opinion is shared by the rest of the world. Except those who don't like men. (Actually, even they might be swayed by Josh Charles.)
@@Slingblade87 He s not good looking, his demeanour makes him attractive. Don't ever speak for the rest of the World!
LMFAO!!!!! I love the "IN MY OPINION" Judge!!! She RULES BIG TIME! :-)

Yes please
It’s called Suits… Spector, Harvey Spector lmao 😂
The actor wanted to move behind the camera and directed a number of Good Wife episodes after Will died on camera.
If they really make a spin off : The good will😂
This is the best show ever, IN MY OPINION :)
bellydancerocks321 😁
It is!
Yes your honor but I refuse to second it without a ruling...I need you to rule so that I can appeal, IN MY OPINION
Season 1-5. After that it fell off. And the last season got woke out of nowhere.
The military judge and Elizabeth Tascioni are my faves 💜
So attractive and smart, that's why i love season i the most.
Judges with an ego. I’m shocked. I once testified in front of a judge who was constantly falling asleep.
Actually it was the actor's decision to leave so the writers have nothing to do with it.
Really? I had no idea .... that's sorry to hear
"those are the real one" always gets me.
The military court case
Was the best episode
From the entire season.
It was a funny episode &
Will Gardner reminds
Me of Harvey Specter.

It just me!??
Which episode was the military one?
Anyone know if the "In my opinion" judge came back and overruled the objection or sustained it?
😂I was wondering the same thing.
She overruled it.
Will: Why are you here?
Judge Kuhn: To court-martial you.
Will: ...ha, ha.
xD I liked the dynamic between Will and the female judges. Judge Kuhn is my favourite of all TGW judges. :)
In My Opinion judge is honestly the best
Gardener is off the chain... St8 owning the judges.
The in my opinion stuff has stuck with me throughout the years as the funniest moments in the show
I liked how he put that stupid judge in her place.
Which one?
In my opinion ... you are my favorite judge 😁😁
I remember watching this and them bringing him into court after a night in the cells 😂
Do you have a map? Hahahahaahaha
That my friend was a Chicago defender get used to iit

Will Gardner being Batman in the military court. Got continuance!
