ଯେହେତୁ ନେଟ୍‌ ପିଲାମାନେ ୧୦ ମାର୍କ ଅଧିକା ପାଉଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ୟା ହେବାକଥା ନୁହେଁ । ସେମାନେ ନେଟ୍ ନଥିବା ପିଲାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଯଦି କମ୍ ମାର୍କ ରଖିବେ ତେବେ ତାହେଲେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ନେଟ୍ ନ ଥିବା ପିଲାଛାତ୍ର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଭଳପଢ଼ାଇ ପାରିବେ ।SsBରେ ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେଉଛି ଆଉ ନିଗେଟିଭ୍ ମାର୍କବି ରହୁଛି । SET ସହ written test କୁ ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ସମାନ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦିଆଯାଉ । ଯାହାଫଳରେ ଫର୍ମ ପକାଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ |Assistant professor post ଲାଗି ଯେ ହେତୁ ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଉନାହିଁ ଆଉ SSB ରେ ସେହିପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେଉଛି ତାହାକୁ SET ବୋଲି ଧରାଯାଉ । ସେମିତି ବି ଯିଏwritten ପାସ ନ କଲେ viva କୁ ଯାଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ।

Lectures exam ପାଇଁ simple M. A. ଠିକ।। ମତେ ଲାଗୁଛି ଡେ଼ଫେନ୍ସ lawyer ଠିକ ସେ argument କରିପାରିଲେନାହିଁ। ଏମିତି ହେଲେ opsc ଉଠିଯିବ। Ssb ବି। ସବୁ asst. Prof heijibe। ମ୍ୟାନେଜେମେଣ୍ଟ କଲେଜ ରେ ଏମାନେ appointment ପାଉଛନ୍ତି। କୌଣସି university ରେ ନୁହେଁ। Gaust Faculty re ତ ନେଟ, Phd Candidate ନଥିଲେ simple M. A ପିଲା ପଢ଼ାଉଛନ୍ତି। ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ବି ସେ କଥା କହିଲେ କି?

Qualifications Should be :-,
🔷️PG with B.ed is mandatory For PGT...
🔶️PG with SET will be mandatory for LECTURER POST from NEXT Advt.
🔷️PG With SET/NET/PHD For Asst Professor

Gote SET mandatory haba darkar....All states conducting SET.....Why not in Odisha..... It's the eligibility test.....So SET should be mandatory....1st SET Exam hau then SSB haba....
