Gosh i just love it when no one next to me , but i hate it when the back passengers keeps on kicking the seats so damn annoying & irritating as hell . ❤😂🎉😮😅😊 Thank you so much Jayden for always making fun & lovely trip vlogs / videos it always keep me entertained as always it feels like i'm right next to you flying with you on the air craft lol , keep up the great job , efforts , sweats , tears , blood & time ❤👍🏻🫶🏻🙏🫂 & oh yeah welcome to my small little red dot country Singapore enjoy your stay / time here in Sg .
Amazing video!!! The product looked great for such an old variant aircraft! Do you have any plans to fly Garuda Indonesia??? If so you should try them out to their Jakarta base, much better ground experience than Denpasar!
I do, the DPS! Unfortunately as I've said before, their flights (especially to CGK) are too expensive. I paid relatively a lot more than Qantas for Garuda SYD-DPS
As always, a very thorough review that was very enjoyable! Your meal looked tasty. That’s the first economy class seat I’ve seen that gives good leg room. Your tour of Singapore was fantastic. I enjoyed all your meals, lol!! Thank you so much.
Great video, Jayden! The lounge did look really nice. I like how you made the best of your bulkhead seat. A little business class lite! 😊 Thanks for the Singapore vlog. I really need to get back there soon.
9:50, Same, this time on the Boeing 777-300ER from Shangai to London last June, and the in-flight map is not interactive, which sucks. But on the Airbus A330-300 in the newer refurbished cabin seats from Ho Chi Minh to Shanghai Last June, the in-flight map is interactive, which is good. On your Airbus A330-200 to Singapore, I noticed the cabin seats are old and outdated and need to be refurbished.
Another Great Review Jayden. Awesome! Have lived in China for 7 years, and really appreciate your feedback on China Eastern. China Eastern offers excellent value for money and all air miles (as your know!) earn 100% MQM on Delta even on cheapo fares. Of course this will change 2024 with the new Delta program, but enjoy it while you can! I look forward to your next review. I enjoy your great comments through your videos and your relaxing style. Thanks.
Yes, I really love Korean Air, but often more expensive than MU. Thinking about the move away from Delta SkyMiles, and maybe earn with China Eastern my elite status. However, I noticed some new changes to SkyMiles programs for 2024, just released few days ago. Due to much outrange from frequent travellers at Delta, the management has again revised the program for next year. What is really impressive is the new million milage status changes. At 1 million miles you use to receive Silver Medallion Status for life, but now at 1 million miles, its is Gold Medallion Status for Life. This alone will keep me loyal to Delta.
Alternative Title: Turning bizarre economy seats into a mini-business class experience 😂. Really creative idea Jayden, Keep up the good work with the trip reports!
Nice report. It's the first time I've seen you sit in the first row of economy, but you're still basically over the wing. Very nice idea withthe carry-on as the foot rest! What brand of eye masks, sleep masks are those?? Singapore looks awesome.
I rarely do because I like to stretch my legs very far out, but on this flight, the wall is quite far away, so much so you can place a carry on there 🤣 My sleeps masks are from Manta Sleep! They sponsored me twice haha: bit.ly/3qvwHeT (code JW10)
3:43 and 3:45, Speaking of Lux shampoo and soap, same in Malaysia, they have Lux shampoo and soap and I buy it and it's better than other shampoo and soap.
What an amazingly diverse report. Although Singapore isn't my favourite place in Asia, your Vlog had some really nice things I could see myself enjoying. Definitely worth visit #1452... (ok, not quite that many!). Thanks Jayden!
probably China Eastern and Air China. China Eastern has nicer lounges so they get the crown. I don’t really ‘love’ any of the Chinese airports but perhaps SZX is the best of all I have been to :)
The crocodiles found in Singapore are estuarine crocodiles, also known as saltwater crocodiles, and scientifically as Crocodylus porosus. They are among the largest crocodile species on the planet and males can grow to more than 5m in length. In Singapore, crocodiles in the wild are usually found in the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve but they have been seen in places like Changi, Pasir Ris and West Coast Park. I hope you find a cheap way to stay at Raffles one of these days ... an hotel review from your perspective would be amazing 😘
Well done Trip report Jayden. Speaking of China Eastern I used to see them in their colourful livery which had a red blue and gold stripe. Your A330-243 used to be in that paint and I do see MU being improved from what they used to be 5-15 years ago. Among the A330-200/-300s from the region which one is your favourite overall?
Wow, I've never had the privilege of commenting first! Great report as usual, wow that's a lot of legroom and so much food for economy (much more than Qantas). Glad you worked out how to keep it up (screen that is 🤣) Where's 6'4"? Hope he's well....
China Eastern....China Southern...Air China....Xiamen....Hainan Airlines. Now I'm confused as to which one is better. But this one definitely did not look bad at all!
I recently found on ctrip, if you start you trip from countries and territories near China, and transit via Shanghai to another international destination. Sometimes, you'll find a good deal. Like around 1500 AUD one-way business class from Seoul to Melbourne via Shanghai.
it depends which building your flights arrive and leave from. In my case, both used to satellite building and I had to take the trains both ways. Not too much walking
wow how nice of the flight crew to make sure you get your meal despite you are sleeping. Took American Airlines from dallas to beijing and slave massa told me that I was sleeping that why they couldnt give me the meal
I flew on China Eastern recently same flight and route just a month earlier. Flight was delayed and it took so long to push back, long till the flight later than us which was at the gate beside us had push back first. The touch screen was not working which was one of the most annoying thing. But the food is still fine.
Just finished watching another video of China Eastern and that one had a bad review. Can really tell that you are a frequent traveller as you know all the processes (which I think is standard around the world) with immigration. What I do try to avoid, is domestic immigration. Flying from Perth to LA, transiting through Melbourne, I also didn't like the domestic, international immigration.
Chinese mainland carriers like China Eastern are fine (or at least tolerable) if everything goes to plan: no delays, no lost baggages, etc. But when things don't go according to plan, and they often do in China (due to the fact all airspace there is controlled by their military) with sudden and unannounced airspace closure and delays, then things can go from good to bad real fast.
I want to go to China one day - when I win Tattslotto and can afford it! 😁I can then go First Class and have you tag along with me to photograph it! Hahaha!

I love most of your videos, and having lived in SG for 11+ years I know what a great place it is. But haven’t you ever thought it’s about time you got a job, paid your own way in life, did something meaningful with your days, and began a career. Pointless flights for no purpose other than to produce a UA-cam video of only cost someone a lot of money, they also contribute to the global climate catastrophe and the zero carbon emergency greenhouse gases. Those who went to uni and then began a career will be years ahead of you if you don’t start working for a living soon. You may struggle to get a proper job if you don’t start looking soon.
Mr G, you might not realise but I’ve been paying for my own flights for years. Seeing the world is very meaningful to me. Everything contributes to climate change. Did you know that you can do carbon offset? Some call it a scam, but some people even think that climate change isn’t free. Me using a mobile phone to reply to this comment, which was assembled in China, purchased in Australia contributed to climate change too. People living in Singapore & HK heavily relying on imported goods and food contributed to many cargo planes flying around too. I can go on. And please, I’ve said this before. I literally stay and see the destinations I travel to. If that’s called “pointless”, then every flying passenger on earth is doing worthless things and aviation would not exist. I don’t want to go into details but I went to uni during Covid. With the aviation industry today I don’t know any of my peers who have a “proper job”. Thank you for your concern. But I just wanted to let you know that with climate change, I’m doing the best I can to minimise my contribution to it. And that I do have a career that you might not ever recognise it as a meaningful career.
Wow! China Eastern is really trying it's best to become a good airline.
The best feeling when the seat next to you is empty 💯⭐

great response so was it easy to transfer in Shanghai. I got stuck in Guangzhou and it was disorganized

just economy
