Happy Christmas everyone! Apologies this got uploaded a day later than I planned but either way, this is my Christmas Special! A stadium tour of Plymouth Argyle at Home Park! And you guys deserve a video idea like this seeing a stadium tour of our amazing club! Happy Monday everyone! Up The Argyle! Up The Plymouth! Up The Janners! Up The Pilgrims! #COYG #PAFC #THETEAMFORME 💚💚💚
I appreciate this mate thank you, good luck for the rest of the season, I’ll see you down at Home Park in March and also keep an eye out for my channel today and share to any FGR fans Cheltenham fans or any EFL fans of English football and later on my episode of my away trip to your biggest rivals Cheltenham will be up later on. Appreciate the comment mate thank you 🙌🏻 #COYG
Much speculation tbh surrounds the origin of the name Argyle. One explanation is that the club was named after the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, an army regiment with a strong football side of its own (located in Scotland). Another theory is given by the local geography, suggesting the name comes either from the nearby public house, The Argyle Tavern, where the founder members may have met, or from a local street Argyle Terrace. We adopted our current name when we became fully professional in 1903
Don't know what ambition Plymouth have got but if ever reached the Premier league your ground would be too small. My all time favourite is Paul Mariner who used to play for you before he joined Ipswich, is Paul seen as Plymouths best player ever?
Nah I disagree, it’s a bigger stadium than Bournemouth’s and as big as QPR’s so it can easily host Premier League football 100%, just wouldn’t have the capacity of your Arsenals, Man Uniteds Newcastles etc but if you ever come Home Park it’s usually a cracking atmosphere and if Pompey can do the EPL before with Fratton, I’m sure we can with here!
There was going to be at least one person commenting the other way round for them 😉 Nahhhhh no chance not for me, I stick with my ancestors but everyone has their preferences at the end of the day, either way we’re one club and one Argyle 💚 now let’s beat Wycombe tonight! #COYG
Fair play what a great video and what a very beautiful stadium from a Cardiff city fan
Appreciate that so much mate thank you! Looking forward to October! #COYG💚

Great tour but, as an ancient and an exile where was Pilgrim Way and the Pilgrim Way bricks?
I’m a massive argyle fan
Wow well done
I am a Forest Green Rovers supporter, but it is incredible fan bases of other clubs so compassionate about their team.

Excuse me sir, is the stadium building made of steel
Sorry mate gave up with all the panning around. great idea of filming the tour though.
Is mayflower stand planned for demolition?.
It’s just been redone mate and it looks so much better now! Not just the stand but the entire stadium!

What does Argyle stand for?

Like most things in the South, overpriced. £25! Newcastle charge less than £20 and so much much much more to see.
