HMH IS TOLD to spend as little time with their patients as possible. I have a dr now who left them because of that reason and he started his own practice.

The healthcare system is this country is a joke. It's great if you need a heart, lung, brain or kidney operation (and the 💰 to pay for it) but you go to see your doctor for something not life threatening like diarrhea, heartburn, trouble sleeping, back pain, etc... In 6 months they'll have you on 3 different medications that I'm sure they get a bonus for from the pharmaceutical industry, and you'll feel even worse and they don't have a clue as to what's going on with you. The healthcare outcomes in the United States are probably dead last in the world. The profitability is probably first. All these giant hospital systems just getting bigger and bigger means worse healthcare for everyone. The CEOs need to pay for their mansions and Lambos and will do what they need to do to pick your pocket.
