- I finally got my car back and she is officially all fixed up! No more body shop for a while, hopefully. Car got painted in Summit White with the House of Kolor Ice Pearl Flake in the clear. I am excited to create more content in the future and get everything else on the car put together. Thank you for being so patient and stay tuned for even better content in the future.

I missed this video when it came out because I've been busy but tonight you had a new video and I found that I hadn't seen this one. It's so cool to see you and Raquel doing your thing to those camaros. That color is really cool...I don't think I've ever seen someone match nail polish but that's kinda badass!!!! So have fun and don't scratch it!!!!

Now you need some PPF to keep that paint protected after you have the car paint corrected.
Planning on getting more PPF on! Definitely will be worth it
Pearl white is an awesome color! fantastic choice!!! This color is far better than standard white,and the wrap.

Interesting how we can be destroyed over something, and overcome out fears and griefs in the end.
That’s a great idea to go back and watch. It was still a big change and a lot of work at the end of the day. But so happy on the upgrades!

Its pretty cool they let you be in the paint booth so you can capture the whole process. Came out nice. Really nice. Like buy a car cover and keep it safe nice 😄. Enjoy. ✌
I was super lucky to be able to do that. I always need to have an eye on my car it's so hard for me to trust shops. I am planning on applying an entire XPEL Clear bra to protect the paint so there's no worries on that!

@@KaylaRundle thank you! The ss convertible got stolen in the 80s, the z/28 didnt since he kept it in a garage, it was a one car garage so he could not fit the ss, but my dad found it 2 weeks later! We are curretly restoring it. His 1969 Mach 1 mustang was stolen as well, that was never recovered!

The car looks great! I love white vehicles with black. My Tundra 4x4 is super white with black rims and blacked out window tint. Next is blacked out head lights and tail lights. I love your car❤️

Love the color. This makes me kinda miss my 2013 Camaro ZL1 but that car was actually bought back under the lemon law for 8 superchargers with only 7500 mile on it.
I know you can fix those buffer trails on that nice new paint I'm assuming it was the body shop that did it.
looks amazing! Congrats! I'm about o repaint my 5th gen too, funny enough mine has similar damage on the quarter, that's why I'm repainting, it's silver ice and I am now thinking about doing something more with the paint lol! Great inspiration
No way! I actually talked to quite a few people with similar damage and all of them have no issues with a good repair job. It's smart to repaint after repainting half the car anyways. Wasn't that much more $$. Happy to Inspire
Superbrilliant color, I usually don't like white paint very much but the Lexus white and also this flake is very nice and goes well with the carbon parts! Good job girl! :) :) 👍🤛

Wow! New paint looks amazing. Bodywork looks great too. Once you get all the buffer trails out of it, it is going to be unbelievable! I’m not a huge fan of camaros but I have always loved yours. Don’t know if it’s the HRE’s or just how it’s kind of OEM+. I do miss the sand colored wrap though. I really liked that color a lot.
Wow this means so much. I wish to combine all different communities in the car world, it feels so separated. I am a fan of OEM+ so I'm glad you noticed. My inspirations for this build are more Euro and Classic Muscle- not really other fifth gens. Thank you so much for your support, I do miss the sand but onto new things!

Check out west coast camaro site, if I do remember this where I got my Sill plates for my 2011SS. They are aircraft billet aluminum and I have the lettering in inferno orange they look pretty sharp.went to the site but I don't see where you have the option to choose your color anymore.
I am so lucky to be able to drive my Camaro year round here! Even though I am sure you have awesome Snowboarding weather up there, which is my other favorite hobby. I will have to check those out, thank you for the suggestion.

I haven’t seen any carbon roofs with the sunroof. I had to get rid of my antenna too. Full race car 😜

4 different paint colors on Camaro SS. I like the flakes like stars shining in the sunlight. I like the single spoke rims, big carbon fiber spoiler on trunk, big dry carbon fiber roof. U should change the rear lights into led stop lights
I love that comparison to stars, that is so accurate! I am working with someone right now on getting new fog and tail lights so stay tuned for those. It's a lighting system that is completely custom and has never been done before on any other Camaro! Thank you for the suggestions & compliments.

Only problem with the flake is if u wreck its hard to match it unless u repaint the whole car.
Possibly but I asked before hand about future accidents & fixes and it's actually super easy to recreate because everything was perfectly measured across all parts of the vehicle. The flake is only in the clear so it's super easy to sand down and respray!

With all this time deciding and work involved with prep, and spray, does this mean no more wrap for the Camaro?
I am actually getting a full XPEL Clear Bra applied to the entire paint job to protect the paint. Funny thing is with doing that you are able to wrap OVER the clear bra without it even affecting the paint integrity. I do not have a plan for a wrap right now but this gives flexibility in the future!

That would be neat but I wanted to keep the base coat the same as the original body.
You should carbon fiber for the door sills wuld complement your theme
Any suggestions? I haven't found any that are not hydro-dipped or that are not just covers.
