    More videos like that please it was super,since we could adapt our spelling rate as you started slow at first and then more faster and faster however I didn't find it hard at the end because I was ready!! To encapsulate it was just amazing practice I've done today, I hope there will be more videos like this, thanks a lot!

    Hi, thank you. I am Spanish sp ASER so it is difficult, is to fast for me and I need to back a couple times on each name. But I think it is practice and get to use to the sounds. I need t learn names spelling desperate for work, I am doing remote work now and helping English speakers to fill out forms for benefits and I am struggling with names, so that is why I am here. Thank you very much, was difficult find a video for learn spelling names. I am really apreciarte this video 👍🙏🙏😁

    Thank you for sharing this video. I work for a Call Center and they spell their names twice as fast as you said them. It was great practice and super useful for the job I am starting.

    Thank you.Would love to see more videos on spelling names with double speed as people don't care about their speed when they are spelling their names.I have hard times to catch last names spelling especially on phone.

      Some people use the NATO phonetic alphabet, but most native speakers don't know all of it:

    In Sebastian name it seemed to me A as a second letter. I replayed it several times and checked the subtitles. Am I deaf?

      I said E. Those subtitles are auto-generated and often have mistakes. ;-)

      Hmm... I'm not sure how to explain it without demonstrating it :). For the D the tongue needs to touch the roof of your mouth. The V is mainly made by touching your bottom lip to your top teeth.

      Good question! There isn't really a rule, but it would probably be helpful for most people if you said that.

    Is American English spelling names and intonation the same? I thought they make groups of 3 or 4 letters, to me this lady makes groups of 2 and 3 letters.

      There aren't any real rules about spelling words out loud. It depends on the word and the person. ;)
