I was temped to eat sweet during this pandemic. Mohanthal is my best sweet, I am in US and wanted to get it. Then tried your way to prepared Mohanthal at home, and it was awesome. I just added Kesar instead of Kesari color. Ane mast maja avi gayi... Amdavad na bhogilal mulchand karta pan mast banyo tazo and delicious mohanthal... banya pachi tarat to live mohan thal lagto hato... ekdam jabardast.... Thank you very much for your recipe...

Mohanthal has been one of my all time fav gujarati sweets. I had never made this before, so, I was looking for a recipe which was to the point, and without any short cuts. I came across your recipe, and decided to try to make it according to your recipe. I am so glad that I did..!!! Your video was very "to the point" and self-explanatory. I was even surprised by the change in color of the mixture while cooking, which was identical to what was shown in your video. So, I knew I was going in right direction..!! I followed it to the word. And, the mohanthal came out excellent...!! ( i added some saffron).
Again, thank you for the recipe. This recipe is going in my file of recipes..!!
