    4:Garam Masala powder (3 tbsp)
    5:Anar dana(pomegranate seed)crushed 2 tbsp
    6:Dhania (coriander seed)crushed 1 tbsp
    7:Anda(egg)1
    8:Basan(gram flour)3 tnsp
    9:Anda (egg omelet)2
    10:pyaz (onion)1 small chop
    11:Tomato slices (1)
    12:cooking oil (as Required)
    13:hari Mirch (Green chilli)1 tbsp
    14:Adrak lehsan (Garlic,ginger)paste 1 tbsp
    (Directions)
    step1:In bowl add Beef,onion,salt,Red chilli powder 'Garam Masala,green chilli,garlic,ginger paste,gram flour,pomegranate seeds,coriander seed,egg omelet, and mix well
    step2:add chunk of tomato while making kebabs.
    step3:Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs medium low Flame yummy kebabs done
