The system at Waste Management travels at almost three times the speed of this one, those people are treated badly whilst the workers here take it easy.
I worked at a MRF for a year and it was not fun or easy....with little pay. Very dirty, infested with vermin and we were always being pushed to go faster. I still liked my job in some ways but the place had poor management and had room for improvement.
I am a MRF worker myself. It is a lot of fun working there.
Your Video includes footage showing a Sorting Line, Separation Bins and a Baler Feed System at a MRF Is Very Useful Sharing
This is a great video. But where is the sound? I would love to hear the machines running.
looks like it has been slowed down. Lines move much quicker in the MRFs i've seen. I guess if you have plenty of space you can afford to keep it slow.

SP Recycling in Clackamas, OR shows belts moving at least 5 times faster

How much energy does this facility consume? Apart from metals the rest should be burnt to make energy!
