I watched this video and think of troops from the war in 50-53. They only knew blood, bombs, and bullets in this country, they never saw the peace and beauty that eventually grew here I read that alot of GIs hated this country more than anything, drafted and volunteered wondering why they were here. Afraid and far from home. Friends dying and suffering and not knowing why. We know why our grandfather's fought and died against the hell communists wanted to bring here. This land is free and beautiful beyond words and it will never fall. Our grandfather's who are lost here will never let evil spirts take over. 🇰🇷 🇺🇸 forever. Thank you for video. It brings peace to so many people
Paris Park is amazing where young and old can either sit and people watch, enjoy a "fairy light" walk, participate in physical exercise on night courts or play in the shallow waters of the fountain. 저희집 앞까지 와주셨군요. 이번에 파리공원 리모델링 끝내고 오픈했는데 바로 와주셔서 감사합니다. 파리공원은 한국과 프랑스 수교 100주년을 기념해서 만들어진 공원으로 당시 서울에는 "파리공원"을 파리에는 "서울광장"을 동시에 만들었죠. 당시 이 공원이 센세이션했는지, KBS 에서는 "파리공원의 아침" 이라는 드라마도 방영했었죠. 촬영하신데로, 목동아파트는 1~6단지는 "파리공원" 을 중심으로 8~14단지는 마지막에 보여주신 "양천공원" 을 중심으로 설계된 동네죠. 평생 목동 아파트 에서 살았는데, 마치 오래 사셨던분처럼 잘 보여주셔서 감사합니다.
Love your walks Nathan, they are addictive. The infrastructure of this district is well designed, the green parks and green walk ways between the buildings offers lovely areas for residents and working people to walk and relax.
One of the many pleasures with your videos is remembering past walks. The directions different, angles different, locations different but the views are there, the voices, the sounds, the lights, the buildings. Electrifying! I missed a lot of your videos when they were released but I like to enjoy them at the pace you take and stroll behind you casually taking it all in.

Mokdong was a waste landfill in Seoul until the early 1980s. Also, it was the place where the poorest people lived in Seoul. After development, it became one of the most expensive apartment complexes in Seoul. Even though apartments are getting old, apartments that were tens of thousands of dollars at the time are now worth 2 million dollars.. So, Koreans are bound to be crazy about apartments.
