Crazy how a local skater can take a W over a SLS veteran skater. Roos took it like a champ though, I want to see a momiji, Rayssa or Chloe compete on this
It shows she only practices grinds and slides, doesn't have a big spin, flip on the stairs or tre flip on lock but for the most shocking is the nollie flip on flat, shows that to be in the sls as a women, slides and grinds on the rail or ledge is all you need to practice to get scores 🤷🏼

SLS/Olympic trained Roos is so strange in skating. Crooked grind a head high ledge but can't kickflip, treflip or bigspin low impact drop? A fascinating set of skills with lots of holes where fundamentals should be.
For real dude. Blew my mind when she couldn’t nollie flip on flat. This seems to be what it looks like when you rush past the basics, into the big stuff.
She’s fearless so bigger tricks that are simple come easier to her I think. Fear is a huge barrier for a lot of talented skaters who just can’t commit she got the opposite problem she can’t control the board flipping but will jump whatever.
I had similar thoughts but it seemed more like a commitment issue with those flip tricks than a skill issue. especially with the case of the tre flip for the final letter.
Every skater has a different set of skills. Roos just likes to send it big
She looked like she could land most of these tricks with a few more attempts. Other than the nollie flip. that didn’t look close.

Im surprised about how Roos could not manage to land a single flip trick. Ive seen her many times in SLS, but failing on some basic flip tricks is questionable

Defense or offense, you just have to use the table once.

The rule didn't say that each skateboarder must use the picnic table.

For the final there could have been a bit more or no? At least double the amount of tricks and length of video. Or a best of 3 of MACBA.

the game is good but the line up is quite unsettling i think Queen of Macba should be to those who is literary locals in the spot. Its kind of wierd Roos never tried her fave heel flip its kind of unusual she can do many tricks heelflip first. No offense to Natalia she is a good skateboarder but it seems like Roos is holding back.

It makes absolutely no sense for both skaters to be mandated to use it, hence why it's not.

@@baggypop7536 Skating the picnic table doesn't provide any greater or lesser advantage over not skating it. If the rules implied that both needed to use the picnic table it'd be explicitly stated or even implied. It's not.
The first rule is directed to both skaters when it says "YOU cannot pick the same spot twice in a row." The second rule specifies the skater on defense. The third rule, the picnic table rule, says "and the picnic table must be used at least once." If it were implied that both were required it'd say "YOU must skate the picnic table at least once."
Idk… I feel skaters at both their levels should have 360 flips down pretty easy.

Call me glass half empty but this is why I think they shouldn’t be doing QUEEN of MACBA competitions just yet. This was a championship match & very basic tricks were getting letters. If you go back to round 1 matches it’s absolutely terrible. Until they can fill slots with girls who have versatility to hold their own on offense & defense they shouldn’t be having this event for females.
Was that a stick or something Roos hit after the mega Ollie to street, feckin painful slam, might have made the big drop at the same stairs if not injured, tough game, in for the win, well done ladies, I honestly hope one day i can 'skate like a girl' 😋😇👍🫒

He has her 1 minute run and a couple best trick on lock, thats it. Which overlaps in trick selection
yeah it's crazy how she's super solid doing ollies down gaps and stuff, but her nollie, switch and flip game seems so sus. This natalia girl got a good headstart at a young age. She could end up pretty good if she keeps it up

They always have the rule, BOTH SKATERS NEED TO USE THE GODDAMN PICNICTABLE ONCE EACH. they have this contest every year, this is the first time its on the berrics, and I don't know whats worse, the berrics, or their subscribers
Tragic finals
It’s pretty crazy watching the lack of well-rounded skill by certain skateboarders. You have all the time in the day to learn new tricks, and instead some just do the same ones over and over again. At the very least learn the fundamentals smh.
The girl who lost you can see how much bigger things she can do and it s all because she probably used to skate just skate parks and never liked or botther the basic tricks when you skating in the streets exept her ollies theyi was real impressed by pretty high ollies for a girl just saying not hating girl skaters but she could beat evry dayly comon street skater in a skatepark with rails ledges you know and evry street skater who can do 10-15 basic street skating tricks gonna win over her so i felt was no real macba contest but a regular contest never seen so different styles in a skate game flat, stairs,rails or some kind of all Spots you can use.But love That berricks tryed this legendary spot but next time maybe change some few rules but hey i enjoyd it all but my favorite still the flat ground skate contest because that was what we all did when warm up or to have some fun all skaters who where there. So thanks for this to ✌🏼💯Feel a lot of haters here Sadly but i figure out probely about 75% have never really skatet before except on their ps or Xbox and found out some skate names and have no clue of different styles Even different ways to do a trick and fear of some tricks are the reason some dont do em.Belive me when you have skated a while you have the feeling to learn of the top 30 basic tricks and thats many tricks to have fun whit i know skaters who skated for longer then me around 20 years who mostley only do 3-5 tricks they love so much and so good at they can have fun whit only the few because They can go way Higher or faster then most others can do. I never countet how many tricks i could do but i to had my favorite trick s i always did in new spots or some spesial places whe traveld to must be hard as hell to be a pro not a semi pro and you have to get new tricks in evry new skate movie you in or you can feel it is fun to up to the skater we are all together but so many different styles and ways to skate your creativity ways ✌🏼 just my opinion Greetings CZ 75 Shadow 🇧🇻🇨🇴✌🏼💯😎(Hardcore skater in the 90s)Before all damage in body and mind f me up but still love skating and even crusing some Summers at my age 44 but body because of my way i chose to live hard in the 90s and up to a few years ago😊my body more like 75!! I don’t like game of skate where the person who doesn’t land the trick, gets to set a trick. Setting a trick should be earned, not given.
Is this like… a locals only competition? Because (I’m not saying this to be an online bully, but) there are way better female skaters out there .
I’m sure as a community we would all be down to donate a dolla to the next competition to get some real hitters in here! They do sls for money so why wouldn’t they do this for money!?
