Let us assume that you completed experimental work, collected data, did statistical analysis, read and collected relevant papers that you would like to cite, made a major layout or idea how your paper should look like - what articles should be cited and where (what should be stressed out, and what is not that important; what is the background and what are the problems and how you are going to solve those problems with your research), what figures should be presented and in which way, what tables, and how many, what research items are going to be part of the manuscript, and what will be part of supplementary material... let us assume that such work is already done - it is still necessary to: make figures, figure captions, tables, table captions, write introductions, cite literature, write experimental part, and than write results and discussion. Then you have to read your paper, do editing, write abstract, and conclusion, and finally select a good title and keywords. And still you need some time to put everything aside... and give it a second look, and find if something can be better formulated or not... let us be realistic, it cannot be done in 48 h.

🤣I agree. I however think that although you are likely not to finish in 48 hours, his techniques are still valuable in increasing productivity
I think not for research for scientific research just he spoke about writing
