Don't you think that the problem could come from the pins who aren't well connected into the googles ? Apparently it's offen the case with the cobra x V2. (corrected on the V4) .. as we can see on severals You Tube vidéos .. ??
@@brunoatlas7311it was definitely the antennas that made the difference. That was the only thing changed between the two videos . A patch antenna will work as well but the helical antenna is unmatched and the best option in my opinion
I’m going to move the vtx to one wing and the crsf to the opposite side to see if the 2 along with the gps was causing interference. I have the exact same vtx in my Diatone Ripper r690 and I can get further range with that aircraft 🎉

Antennas make a huge difference on these goggles. I’m still using the 9T helical antenna a yr later haha
@@dronepilot260rc Nice, where did you got your helical antennas? There seem to be not that many shops carrying them, and hard to find.
@@nmrlab3807 sadly you’re correct. You’ll either have to use a patch antenna or make you’re own helical using videos on UA-cam

I’m wondering if having a dipole on the vtx is why 2 Omni antennas perform so poorly
@Drone Pilot 260 RC Ah… that is exactly what is happening! Especially when flying overhead at the null point.
