It feels like Niko needs some parenting classes. Disciplining your child is healthy and helps them grow. Spoiling them with toys afterwards because you feel bad or to buy more love isn't good. And this close to Christmas? Abella might not always be in a financial position to get whatever she wants. My advice? Get toys at birthdays and Christmas. Possibly Easter or other celebrations. A small token on Neo's birthday so she doesn't feel left out. But stop spending so much money on her. Encourage creative play with what she already has. An empty box makes a great barbie house that you can create together for example.
