I enjoyed this interview, he’s one of the standouts for me - hope he has a good experience. He seems smart, would be cool if he gets a chance to show off his running and swimming skills.
Also it’s cool to hear what their emotional object they brought was

Is this the guy with the beard that a lot of the other contestants have mentioned so far in their interviews?
I think the person most of them were referring to was SD the alternate, but not positive
When I first heard "guy with a beard" I thought of him.
I think some might be talking about him. But others are talking about SD

@@BigPapiMattI need to go back and relisten to those segments, I remember one linked beard with huge muscles which seems to match SD, but at least one other just mentioned beard so that could be Tim. Just my thoughts 😅 that’s my favorite part of these interviews

Yeah, Survivor: Africa first boot Diane Ogden; he's a real big fan lol. Seriously, though, I need to know! My best guess was Maryanne, since he mentioned Drea from her season, too, but I have no idea.
Maybe Deena from Amazon?
I like Tim's laid back, family approach to everything. He seems like he's not going to get phased by anything, which will be extremely helpful for him. It definitely offsets his allegiance to Wendell...ugh.
Maybe if he gets deep enough into the game, he'll clarify who "Diane" is (cuz I'm sure he's not talking about Diane Ogden lol).
Him saying he identifies with wendell (months ago btw) is not an "alleigance"
@@itzwakk335 I realize this was filmed months ago. I've always thought Wendell was shady, and his recent actions just prove it.

I think 1 alternate is SD.
Who is Diane?
Slight side note Drea and Wendell as who he resonates with is not reassuring as a fan who follows the out of game drama.

The question about what celebrity the contestant would bring out is a wasted bit of time, maybe asking “tell me something about yourself that you’re not going to reveal” or something along those lines, don’t care which celebrity they like 🙄
Disagree! It shows us what type of energy they want with them and what they anticipate needing as a pep talk-someone to make them laugh? remind them why they’re doing this? help them survive the elements? It also shows what pop culture they’re tuned into and who else on the island they could connect with.
Not seeing him doing well in the game. He’s giving leader day 1 vibes that rubs the tribe the wrong way. Plus he wants to align himself with all the smilers and says all the readers are good at puzzles (he didn’t say if they were reading puzzle books but it could just have easily been romance/horror/fantasy/etc since he didn’t specify). I just think he’s going to immediately trust charismatic people and seems quick to generalize with the reader comment.
