How do you turn on illumination on the remote? I had to change batteries and the remote doesn't glow or illuminated with yellow anymore.

Hi I have a Panasonic heat pump and it’s showing 60 on my remote and cold air coming out. How do I get it back to normal say heat at 25 dg please

To dim the light, press and hold the up button for 5 seconds. Press and hold again for 5 seconds to return to full brightness
