The fact is rate will skyrocket to 200/$ in the short term. People will try withdraw their Birr from the bank and buy $ from the market at high exchange rate. The government has printed a lot of Birr and will double/triple government employees salary. People will try to buy houses/apartments at high price. Merchants will increase their sales price to cover their inflated cost of rent, fuel and labor. This will push inflation even higher. The only way to slow it down is to decrease imports and increase exports. Fuel is the major portion of foreign currency burn. The country needs to invest on hydro, solar and wind energy for electricity. Electric battery buses and cars is an option. The country needs to produce majority of its food needs. Above all, peace needs to be maintained in order to foster tourism and foreign direct investment as foreign investors will bring in more foreign currency to the country. The poor will definitely suffer unfortunately.

አቶ ኤርሚያሥ ሀሣቡን ቀድሞ ማሠብና ማሣወቅ ማንኛውም ኢኮኖሚሥት ሊያሥተውለው የሚችል አውነታ ነው። ሥለዚህ ከዚህ በፊት ተናግሬ ነበር ማለት ከሌሎች የኢኮኖሚ አዋቂዎች የተለየህ አደርግህም። ከዚህ በፊት ሥትናገር የሠማሁት ሠለጠነ ከተባለው አሜሪካ በሥራ ላይ የነበርክና ልምድ የቀሠምክ መሠለኝ። ሐገርን ለሚያክል የሚወጣ ፕላን አንተ እንደምታሥበው ሣይሆን ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ አመታት የፈጀ ጥናት ተደርጎ ነው ሥራ ላይ እንዲውል የሚደረገው። እንዲህ አይነት ውሣኔ ከግል ድርጅት ይለያል ምክንያቱም ሐገራዊ ሥሎሆነ። ሥተት ቢፈጸም ጉዳቱ ከግል ድርጅት የተለየ ሐገርን የሚያናጋ ሥተት ሥለሚሆን። የግል ድርጅትም ቢሆን በቂ ባካፕ ካፒታል ከሌለ ኪሣራው ይህ ነው የሚባል አይደለም።
ሥለዚህ ወገኔ ኤርሚያሥ ሐሣቡን አሥቀድሞ ማቀዱ ምናልባት በብልጣብልጥነትህ ከአንዱ ጥናት ላይ ካሉ የመንግሥት ባለሥልጣን ፍንጭ አግኝተህ ይሆናል ያ ካልሆነና የግልሕ ጥናት ከሆነ መልካም ግምት ነበረ እላለሁ ።ግን አሁንም መገንዘብ ያለብሕ አንድን ሐሣብ መሬት ላይ የሚውለው እንደወረደ ሣይሆን በጣም ጥንቃቄ በተሞላበት ዘዴ ለአመታት ተጢኖ መሆን እንዳለበት መገነዘብ ያሥፈልጋል።
አንድን ሐገር በትክክል ዘለቄታዊ እድገት እንዲኖረው ማድረግ የሚቻለው ፖሊሢዎች ከመተግበራቸው በፊት ሠፋ ያለና ጠለቅ ያለ ምርምር ተደርጎ ተግባር ላይ የሚውል ፖሊሢ ሢተገበር ነው።
የንግድ ፈጠራህ ላይ በርታ የምትመኘውንም ሐብት ታገኛለሕ አገራችንም በራሥዋ ልጅ ባለሐብት እንድትበለጽግ ታደርጋታለህ። በተረፈ በርታ መልካሙን ሁሉ እመኝልሐለሁ።ዐ
