I always, always carry a package of disinfectant wipes. I share them with my seat mates. Tray tables, arm rests, head rest areas, AROUND THE WINDOWS where you rest your head, all get wiped down, quickly, so I’m not that person holding up the passenger loading line!
What a great idea! On our last flight the people in front of us were filthy and spilled food and drink on the floor and it ended up soaking the bottom of my bag. I heavily waterproofed it before our next flight. 🤢
I used to be one of those who looked at people who sanitzed their space funny. Since Covid, I have changed my stance on that. It's not just the chance of catching a bug that won't let me go, but it actually makes sense. Who wants to have a cold declare itself on day 3 of an exotic vacation, get better around day 10, and fly back on day 14 (or even worse, fly back while sick). I recently flew United, and they gave out sanitizing wipes. Very few people used them, but I was one of those fascetious people who wiped down everything that they would be touching during the flight. No shame. And I used the garbage bag trick on a shorter trip, when my personal item was a snow white tote. You might ask why snow white? It went with all of my summer travel outfits and was ultra light. Just a bad idea while flying.
I always wear a hooded jacket on flights. It provides a barrier between me and the seatback/wall when I nap. It also visually blocks out the people next to me.
Swat back pockets sometimes are used if a person is air sick having a couple of plastic bags. I purchased disposable teeth cleaners one time use. Don't need water. They little sponges on a stick and a minty flavor and works great. I carry herbal tea bags and crystal lite for 500ml size servings. Also Mono luggage as 750 ml bottles that filters water, great on airlines as the water tanks are rarely sanitized, I am an licensed aircraft mechanic and worked on these aircraft. Also carry a small flashlight and handy wipes for many uses.
I bring a packet of HotHands warming insoles on long flights. These thin insoles last 8-9 hours once the packet is opened. I put them in my shoes either right before or just after boarding. No more fiddling around my bag for the items I always use!!! I then plan to have another replacement bag, in my carry-on-bc I will toss out the original gallon bag!
Great idea! I would even line the original bag with the replacement bag so that you can just peel off the outer bag leaving all contents in it and tossing the outer bag.
I keep meaning to find a solution to the filthy seatback pocket dilemma, so great idea! I wonder if anyone makes rugged and perhaps somewhat rigid ones that you can then insert into a cheap plastic bag so it doesn't get soiled by the seat pocket, then discard the bag after getting off.
Instead of toothpaste, I use toothpaste tabs. Bite is the brand I like. Easier than filling a tiny plastic bag. For gum, I like ginger gum which also can settle a queasy stomach.
That’s what I wanted to suggest, too. At first these tabs feel a little strange, but I use them now all the time. And for travelling they are really convenient. Just bring the amount you need. They weigh next to nothing, and no messing around
Must haves for overseas trips for me are: Bose noise cancellation headphones, Clorox wipes, bottled water, tissue paper, tooth floss picks, Listerine travel size (I don't like to brush my teeth on the plane with their water), sugar-free gum or mints, eye mask, lightweight pull-over
The Bose headphones are a must for a flight of any duration! Lol. They seriously cancel out everything (engine noise, crying babies, etc.) and put you in another world without having to damage your ears by turning your music up loud.
Noice canceling headphones plus an iPod gives one the comfort of reducing noice caused fatigue, plus knowing you are not limited to whatever the airline has going. Hours and hours of a wide variety of music allows for a myriad of moods.
@@PortableProfessional I started wearing compression socks and those cheap slippers you see in hotels or from the dollar tree. Much better than wearing shoes.
I bring an empty insulated cup. I have an airport restaurant or Starbucks fill with very hot water. I too bring my own favorite teabags to use. I have been informed by airline staff that their water tanks are rarely cleaned and to definitely not use their tea or coffee service.
For those who wear contact lenses, it's best to wear prescription glasses on the day of flight. The dry cabin air will get the best of your contacts and rewetting drops barely help. Also I'd rather remove my contacts before leaving for the airport as cleanliness in public facilities isn't always guaranteed.
Toothpaste tablets are a great idea for travel. Not only are they low sudsing (no need to even rinse, in a pinch), but they don't go in your liquids bag. I got a cheap folding travel toothbrush, and three tablets fit in the folding part for easy storage and use.

Great video. I would also add one or two vinyl disposable gloves….you never know when you’ll have to pick up something that fell in a dirty place. I always pack a few in my suitcase but now I’ll pack some in my carryon also. Thanks for the tips.
I always have Earplanes - special pressure modifying earplugs because I have really bad eustachian tube dysfunction and chewing gum is not generally enough (though I do that, too). It helps save me from severe ear pain on descent and accompanying hearing loss for a time after a flight. This tip was told to me by an ENT 20 years ago and I continue to follow it. My ear canals are on the smaller side, so I get the kid's size Earplanes and they help.
I've found that my most indispensable item for long flights is a sling bag which can a) store all items I need access to and b) I can shorten the straps and hook it over the tray table so it hangs right in front of me. Everything I need is access accessible and I don't need to put anything in the dirty seat pocket. I've had almost a dozen flights in the past few months (including some long hauls between the US & Europe) and this has worked great. My new favorite is the Bellroy Lite Sling which is 7L and can store my chargers, cables, airpods, tissues, personal First Aid Kit and even my iPad Mini. It's been awesome!
Rather than using the non-recyclable plastic bag for single use toothpaste, try toothpaste tablets or DIY them by putting a dab of toothpaste gel on wax paper, sprinkling baking soda on top and let dry overnight. Store in a small silicone container/bag for use anytime. This is what I use for backpacking trips. Saves weight and packaging. 🌿
@@Xia-hu Sadly, most of the "recyclable" plastic ends up in the landfill anyway even if it is first transferred to a recycling center. It all depends on where you live.
I always fly with a book or magazine - not digital!! You never know when the airplane wifi or entertainment system will go down. Of course, pick something small so it isn't a space or weight issue. Usually something I can read just for the flight and be done with by the time I get to the other side. Reading also helps me fall asleep on those longer flights, as its part of my standard bedtime routine at home.
I have a gazillion books downloaded on my Kindle Fire, no connection needed. Plus solitare, etc. Except electricity to recharge occasionally of course. I haven't carried books on trips in a decade, saying this as someone who was a late adopter of the technology lol
I would not recommend using a dog bag for your toothpaste. I can’t imagine that they make that from food safe plastic. It would be better to do the same thing with a corner from a ziplock sandwich bag and should work the same way. Good idea though!
@Portable Professional as an alternative suggestion, use a tiny plastic food safe pipette to store the tooth paste. It worked for me. Also, you can get tooth powder that activates with water. That has also worked for me.
I wear a SCOTTeVEST travel hoodie that has multiple pockets in different parts of the garment, it holds everything i need for a 14hr flight. That includes gum, iPod, small foldable NC headphones, pen, aspirin and guafinesin tablets in case i get nasal congestion. It could hold my iPad mini if I so desired. I also recommend carrying a small TSA approved tweezers if you wear earbuds with removable tips, those things can get stuck in your ears at rhe most inopportune times. Tweezers work well for plucking them out.
I do similarly but use a gardening vest I bought for walks in the pandemic. Holds a lot and spares me the awkward contortions needed to get something out of the bag at my feet.
Something I just bought is a phone clip which holds the phone at eye level and is attached to the back of the seat in front of you. It folds up easily to store when not in use and prevents a sore neck from always looking down at the tray if that is where you view your phone from. Don't know if can get similar for a tablet.
Using your sunglasses as a phone stand is genius. I never thought of that. Yes please do a video of what you bring onto a plane in your personal item bag. I found that having my headphones as well as my Kindle are really useful for me on flights.
I use an electric toothbrush & pack one in my luggage along with toothpaste (a checked bag). But for my personal bag on the plane I carry a cheap travel toothbrush and some baking soda in a tiny jar container. Baking soda is a great alternative to toothpaste & freshens your breath, too. Great idea for bags in the seat pocket. I take grocery bags rolled into tight balls & carry them in a snack size ziplock bag for trash, but never thought of putting one in the seatback pocket.
Another great video! Thanks Megan. Single use Purell packets is one number in my book. I bought a box of 125 for my last international trip and they saved me from so many germs. You just has to be careful to no squeeze or squish them. I always put them in the small snack zip lock bag in my purse. The USB adapter is a close number two. I learned that one the hard way a few years ago when I got stuck using the horrible free airplane headsets. Yes, I would love to see the “what’s in your personal bag?” More cameos of Ollie please. ❤ 🐶
Loved reading this, Jennifer (Ollie is also flattered)! Oh sounds like I need to stock up on some purell packs!! Thanks for the tip. Great to have you on the channel as always. Safe travels!
This video is short and sweet. I like the USB A to USB c adapter, garbage bag, and USB A-bluetooth adapter w/ earpieces. Let's hope we don't lose the earbuds. I definitely want to see your video on what you pack in your personal bag when you travel. I love 'What's in my bag" videos.
I know my comment is not timely, but I'll add it anyway. WONDERFUL you went to see your folks! I wish I had visited my family more, but time has a way of passing too quickly, and now some are gone. I hope you had a great time!!
I love your channel Megan. I do a lot of traveling as well since I was in my 20’s, I’m now 54 & you’re on point on your tips. Just a slight correction on the seat back pockets, flight attendants don’t clean the airplane, as soon as the airplane lands, there’s a cleaning crew on the ground that’s waiting for the plane to be cleaned.
For long flights, make sure you have noice canceling headphones. The constant drone of the engines causes more fatigue than one might imagine. Carry an extra battery, and bring your own source of music. Do not rely on your phone. I take my iPod. It has way more space than my phone, plus I don’t need to worry about being able to charge the phone as I only use it as a phone. I also take an iPad. Way bigger screen than the tiny phone.
Need to add the USB A to C connection to my list, as I don’t have one yet. Will also add the peppermint vanilla tea as well. Instead of gum, I usually bring ginger candies in case of an upset stomach. Airport food isn’t the best, and these work well. Thanks as always, Megan!
If you decide to buy one, look for one that passes only power and not data. Never trust publicly accessible USB ports as they may have been tampered to install malware. While not as easy to tamper with on a plane, it's much easier to do at hotels and waiting areas. Fortunately, a lot of corporate cybersecurity training is now covering this attack vector.
Yes, a video on what you pack in your personal item bag would be great. Also, it sounds like it’s obvious, but how does one use the airline app during flight if you don’t have WiFi? Thanks!
Thanks for another great video with lots of clever ideas. I also bring the storage box for my hearing aids - so I can take them out when I want to and put them somewhere safe.
I always have my favorite set of wired headphones and some offline Pandora stations in my phone. This way I can listen to my favorite music while in flight. I rarely use the seat-back pocket so I don't fuss with it. For a change I'm going to try flying in a window seat on my next few flights. I rarely need the restroom and I'm hoping to be able to sleep. I'd love to see a video of what you pack in your carry-on!
I love the plastic bag liner for the seatback pocket idea! I am always so afraid I am going to leave something behind, this is a great way.to make sure you take everything off the plane with you!
Ear plugs. I used to get migraines the day after every time I flew. I started wearing ear plugs during take-off and landing. It helps with the plugged ear from pressure changes and now I don't get migraines the next day. Also Colgate Wisps. They act as a small single-use tooth brush and have a toothpick on the end.
Hikenture Ultralight inflatable Camping Pillow. Has a washable liner, rubber on one side to not slide on window seat plane walls. Also essential for arm support in a middle seat with no armrests available. Plus, back support for high-demand worn out seats on planes with older livery.
The bag in the seat back pocket is great idea. I will use it for upcoming trips. I like to keep certain items,e.g., ID, card case, vax card in a clear sandwich size zip lock bag. I do these for charging cords too so that I don’t have to rummage through my electronics case.
Noise canceling headphones. I currently use Apple Airpod Max, complete with a headphone cable so I can plug it into my iPod 5th generation (reworked) or the in-flight entertainment system. Cuts engine noise, cuts out screaming children, and lets me relax with my favorite music. Oh, I also swear by Kindle e-readers. It's loaded up with books. The battery life of the iPod and Kindle make it idea for long flights. Far more than a iPhone or iPad.
Surprised that you failed to mention earplugs and sleep masks. Earplugs are great, especially when there's a screaming/crying baby onboard. On a long-haul flight, the sleep mask is a must.
Thanks for these great ideas for airline travel. 😊 Yes, please for your additional carry-on packing content. I make sure to pack snacks, gum and disinfectant wipes.
I don't think I'm allowed to brand-name drop but earplugs for pressure rather than noise. It makes a big difference, mostly in landings. Chap stick! I always figure I can go without it but the air is so dry that my lips are like sandpaper by the end of the flight.
I bring a battery pack that I charge from the USB port and charge my devices from that. It isolates your device from the USB port (more important in airports) and will usually charge your device much faster.
How kind you seem to find time for almost everyone who comments. I am a bit late., so you are probably working on your next video still refreshing to see all the people you responded to.
Full of good ideas - especially love the adapter for the newer iphones…didn’t know those existed. I always bring a few single use wet wipes and a couple of “shout” wipes in case of a spill on my clothing during the flight, and definitely also the tiny nail clippers! Thank you - this will make upcoming trips more pleasant!
Chapstick and snacks is a must... water too and some mints. Hand wipes if hand sanitizer its too strong.Yes i would like to see how you pack your personal item. I hace the nordace backpack but it seems to be getting fatter each time i use it. Last time was on a flight it didnt fit under my seat
Definitely would love to see what you pack in your personal item bag. I bring ginger chewing gum. Helps my stopped up ears and any nausea I may be feeling.
I bring a Mini Red LED Keychain Flashlight on a small carabiner to search for my "stuff and things" without disturbing my fellow passengers.. P.S. On a side note - don't save any "in-flight" food or risk being sniffed and spotted by Fido going through security screening. We recently were delayed for 45 minutes and our ham sandwich (provided by the airline) was dumped in the garbage.
I always travel with a large light weight wool scarf. I wrap this lightly over any area feeling chilly. Or fold up to make a small pillow for your head. Pull over your head to block light so you can sleep.
The cases for your contact lenses are great containers for small doses of toothpaste and creams you might need. Just don't confuse them when putting away your contacts 😂
Thank you for the herbal tea tip especially and the blue tooth converter and the download airline app prior. This is by far the best preflight tip video I’ve seen.
Another useful and helpful video - thanks. I travel with my lip balm, actimist eye spray plus snacks I’ll add my voice to ask what’s in your personal item bag
I always have my Bluetooth Noise Canceling Headphones and my MP3 player. 12 hours on the MP3 player and 24 hours on the Headphones. Yes, I take the Headphones of when talking with the Flight Attendant.
I bring a travel wrap. It's oversized but very lightweight and compact. It's great to wrap up in on cold planes, if it's cold outside, as a wrap over an evening dress, or as a pool/beach cover-up.
Never drink coffee or tea on a plane - water tanks rarely cleaned and water is 'hot' but not boiled - can be risky!!! Best to get some hot water at an airport coffee shop for your personal 'mug' and take it with you onboard if you wish - stays hot for a long time and pretty sure it's better and safer than what you get on the plane!
I love the plastic bag tie-off for toothpaste or lotion. So smart! A travel pack of face and hand cleansing wipes are my go-to for flying. In addition to being able to brush one's teeth, a fresh cleansing wipe on the face is so refreshing while in the air. Thanks for the great tips!
#1 thing in my bag Noise Cancelling headphones , Great for getting rid of the jet noise , passengers talking & adds a quite environment to listen to movies, music or just sleep.
I use mentholated lozenges to help clear my sinuses, ear plugs for pressure adjustment - just on take off and landing makes a big difference. Always bring a pen, and a paper copy of the address of my accommodation on arrival.
I used to always take one of those 12 oz metal tumblers with me, and pack a few Earl Grey tea packets inside. Then, once in the air and the movie is starting, I would ask the flight attendant to fill up the tumbler with hot water, I would use a tea bag, put the top back on and have a nice big cup of tea to sip on for a couple hours. Don't know if they still let you bring those tumblers on board anymore.
Sony and Philips headphones are decent quality for their price and the lasted more than a year everyday usage the wire is also super long and the sound is so good and they kinda isolate sounds but of course not as much as noise cancelation wireless headphones but I still recommend them
Good advice but I'd get a USB-A to USB-C adapter that comes as a short cable, the same length as an audio to USB-C adapter, as there's a good chance that you'll drop the tiny one in the video and not be able to find it or worse have someone step on it and crush it. Might also be a good idea to carry a small USB drive to back up your laptop. I'd also add lip balm. a small container of moisturizer, hand sanitizer, and a small container of baby wipes, to wipe down the tray table (top, back, sides & locking latch), armrests and touchscreen TV screen, and a little bottle or ziploc back of painkillers, OTC or Rx, and maybe something to help you sleep like metatonin, 5-HTP or Rx pills. Most of these items will probably not be needed on most flights but you never know, and the peace of mind that having them gives makes for a much more relaxed flight experience. I've never been afraid of flying but the older i get the more stressed out I get from even thinking of flying, not for safety reasons but because it's so stressful what will packing, getting to the airport, checking in, security, waiting at the gate, boarding and stowing you carry-on, sitting in a tight seat (if you're in economy), dry air, ambient noise, cold temperatures, crying babies, kids hitting the back of your seat, people reclining in front of you, bad food. We all know the drill. So every little thing helps.
I have one backpack for international travel which my small essential bag is always in it is bright yellow, so I can easily see in in the backpack or in the seat area. It has my essentials, adapter, ear plugs, favorite eye-mask, small essential oil, pills, folding brush hair & tooth, toothpaste, hand sanitizer and face mist.
Scent oil in case someone near you takes off their shoes and have smelly feet. There are also passengers that didn’t shower or wash their clothes for the flight. Put that scent oil on a cloth tissue and scarf it around your neck
Great tips, though I just bring a travel size toothpaste tube. Will bring a plastic bag to line to seat back pocket, very ingenious! I always have des infecting wipes and or hand sanitizer spray; eye mask; sweater or large scarf to keep me warm; gum; a couple of types of small ear head phones; a book of magazine; herbal or non caffeinated bags and ask for hot water; a snack ; reusable water bottle ; a mask (yes, and will keep that going ); travel pack paper tissues; extra dailies contact lenses instead of ones needing solution ; lip balm; hand cream or lotion ; and surely other stuff I’m forgetting
Wired noise cancelling earbuds. Even if I don't want to listen to anything, it makes the flight much quieter. Reading glasses, because I'm over 50. I keep my in flight items in a small canvas zipper pouch hanging from the magazine holder with a "Heroclip", a handy variation of the common carabiner.

@@trekkie-cat Reusable but not recyclable. I do understand the convenience and weight factor.
I use a little contact lens case for my toothpaste
I always fly with a book or magazine - not digital!! You never know when the airplane wifi or entertainment system will go down. Of course, pick something small so it isn't a space or weight issue. Usually something I can read just for the flight and be done with by the time I get to the other side. Reading also helps me fall asleep on those longer flights, as its part of my standard bedtime routine at home.
I agree. Half the time, I can't connect. A book is easy to bring. And no blue light that keeps you awake.
You cannot tie off the end of a ziplock bag
@@jenniferwhitlock7821 Hmmm. I just did it with a ziplock bag just now. It does in fact work. After tying the knot, you cut off the excess bag.
Good point, Rachel!
@Portable Professional as an alternative suggestion, use a tiny plastic food safe pipette to store the tooth paste. It worked for me. Also, you can get tooth powder that activates with water. That has also worked for me.
Former airline ramp agent here, I’d avoid using the water for a beverage or ordering a tea or coffee. Bottle water only 😅 trust me on this.
ABSOLUTELY!
Got same vest . Love it !
Thanks, as always, for your great video! And yes, I’d love to see a video where you show us everything you pack in your carry-on bag.
You are so welcome! Will do!
@@PortableProfessional me too
me too!
I also bring a tiny nail clipper because I hate having a hangnail or rough cuticle. Having that bug me for an entire flight would be torture.
They also can cut tags, strings, and other items without needing scissors!
Lol same because it would irritate me so much that I would pick it off and then bleed and make things ten times worse 😂😂😂
are clippers allowed through security? I thought those were not allowed because they have sharp edges
“Bring a small plastic bag to line the back seat pocket” ….brilliant! I did not know about this. Thank you! 2:08
Great to have you on the channel, Debbie
Yes, please do a video with all the things you bring on a flight. Thank you!
You got it!
The bag in the seat back pocket is such a great idea! Thanks!!
Glad you liked it!
Wired buds tip: KBEAR KS2. Cheap, good sound quality, little bit of exra bass wich will help with aircraft noise. You can't go wrong!
Love all of these, especially the plastic bag in the seat pocket. My must haves are my book, chapstick, hand lotion, pashmina and disinfectant wipes.
Thanks for sharing!! Love the pashmina idea!
Thanks so much! Working on that next video!
I know my comment is not timely, but I'll add it anyway. WONDERFUL you went to see your folks! I wish I had visited my family more, but time has a way of passing too quickly, and now some are gone. I hope you had a great time!!
Thanks so much! It was a wonderful time together!
Thank you for suggesting the airplane Bluetooth adapter! ❤️
No problem 😊 Happy travels!
I always bring a sweater. Peppermint Vanilla tea sounds wonderful! I always like carry-on bag videos. 🌺✈️ Heidi
Glad you enjoyed it! Try that tea...so good!
🥰❤Do you have the link to purchase USB to usb-c adapter
If you decide to buy one, look for one that passes only power and not data. Never trust publicly accessible USB ports as they may have been tampered to install malware. While not as easy to tamper with on a plane, it's much easier to do at hotels and waiting areas. Fortunately, a lot of corporate cybersecurity training is now covering this attack vector.
Noise canceling headphones is #1
Yes, a video on what you pack in your personal item bag would be great.
Pls create a video of what gadgets and supplies you bring in your personal item bag for a flight. Thanks!
Hope you enjoyed watching!
I love the plastic bag liner for the seatback pocket idea! I am always so afraid I am going to leave something behind, this is a great way.to make sure you take everything off the plane with you!
I’ve had and airline - Alaska - deny me hot water. Said it was only for first class. I was shocked to say the least.
I carry Colgate Wisps. Great for a quick tooth-brushing and there is a pick on the other end of it.
I will be bringing the tea on my next flight. I've never thought to do that! Thanks for the tip.
You are welcome, Patricia! Enjoy that tea!
Ear plugs. I used to get migraines the day after every time I flew. I started wearing ear plugs during take-off and landing. It helps with the plugged ear from pressure changes and now I don't get migraines the next day. Also Colgate Wisps. They act as a small single-use tooth brush and have a toothpick on the end.
Thank you You always have such useful and great ideas. Keep them coming.
Thank you! Will do!
Great idea! Safe travels!
Glad it was helpful! Great to have you on the channel, Heather!
A long long time ago (1969) they came around before takeoff and landing and gave you a sweet to help clear your ears.
Thank you so very much for your hacks, especially the airplane Bluetooth adapter. Now, I will not have to travel with my bulky headphones anymore! 😊
Happy to help! Enjoy your travels!
Glad you found it helpful, Margaux!
No matter jow long the flight, I have my knitting. Socks are so easy to pack in my personal item and i get a jump on gifts.
I use press n’ seal to make little lotion or toothpaste paks
Chapstick and snacks is a must... water too and some mints. Hand wipes if hand sanitizer its too strong.Yes i would like to see how you pack your personal item. I hace the nordace backpack but it seems to be getting fatter each time i use it. Last time was on a flight it didnt fit under my seat
Dude wipes, light and heavy snacks, reading materials, and lotion are must haves!
Definitely would love to see what you pack in your personal item bag. I bring ginger chewing gum. Helps my stopped up ears and any nausea I may be feeling.
Sounds good! Thanks for being on the channel, Yvette.
That mix up would not be good!
Tip #4 I never thought of. Definitely will use on my next handful of flights since I already pack 'emergency' plastic bags in my backpack
'Emergency plastic bags' haha I love it! 🤪 Safe travels!
Love your videos. I bring my Norwex cleaning cloth, chap stick and kindle. Would love to see what you carry in your personal item.
Thanks, Chris! My kindle goes everywhere with me!
Thank you for the herbal tea tip especially and the blue tooth converter and the download airline app prior. This is by far the best preflight tip video I’ve seen.
Another useful and helpful video - thanks.
I travel with my lip balm, actimist eye spray plus snacks
I’ll add my voice to ask what’s in your personal item bag
Glad you found it helpful! Stay tuned !
I didn’t really know what to take in my carry on bag
Thanks for the info 👍👍👍👍
You’re welcome 😊. Thanks for watching!
I always have my Bluetooth Noise Canceling Headphones and my MP3 player. 12 hours on the MP3 player and 24 hours on the Headphones.
Yes, I take the Headphones of when talking with the Flight Attendant.
Yes please for the video of everything in your personal item bath :). I enjoy your videos!
I bring a travel wrap. It's oversized but very lightweight and compact. It's great to wrap up in on cold planes, if it's cold outside, as a wrap over an evening dress, or as a pool/beach cover-up.
Great uses for one simple item! Thanks for sharing, Jennifer!
You are so welcome!
This is a nice video. Please do a video on what you bring inside your luggage. Great tips 👍.
Thank you , Keith!
@@PortableProfessional Thanks for your reply. I have been following your UA-cam vlogs for some time now. I love your content. Keep sharing more Megan!
#1 thing in my bag Noise Cancelling headphones , Great for getting rid of the jet noise , passengers talking & adds a quite environment to listen to movies, music or just sleep.
Peace and quiet! Happy travels!
I use mentholated lozenges to help clear my sinuses, ear plugs for pressure adjustment - just on take off and landing makes a big difference.
Always bring a pen, and a paper copy of the address of my accommodation on arrival.
#1 for me is a good audio book
I use wispies. I think they are made by Colgate. Small, has a dry toothbrush on it which is activated by saliva. Also, no need for spitting
I've heard the hot water on planes is not the cleanest. Is this true?
The temperature should kill any microbes but the ice may be a different story, I never get ice in anything unless I am home.
Ice kills more germs as compared to hot water
I'd love to see the video on the personal item bag. I'm debating bringing my current messenger bag as one for a future flight. Thank You!
Coming soon! Thanks for watching!
Very organized! Happy travels, Lisane!
Would love to see a video of what you carry in your personal item bag!
I'm working on it!
Love the plastic seat back bag!! Thanks!
You're welcome, Steph!
Brilliant ideas! I'm preparing for a flight to Argentina and need as much advice as possible!
Thank you! Have fun planning your trip!
Good suggestion on the tea packets!
Great idea the bag for the seat pocket. I’m heading to Edinburgh from Nanaimo a long flight and not looking forward to it.
Thanks for watching, Rosemary! Have a super time in Edinburgh!
