Violet Dobbs do you think this is possible with Marley hair? But maybe braiding the base and then just braiding ur loose hair in between the two section?
@@mrod87 im not sure, I did this style after watching your video, but I honestly didn't like it. It was a little too full. I ended up cutting it shoulder length. So needless to stay, i probably wont do this style again. Im not sure if marley hair is good, it sounds like it will work, while holding the style a little longer than the hair used in this video.
Violet Dobbs yeaaaa I’ve had small/medium Marley twists and i looooovvveeeedddd them, except i wanted bigger parts and i pod too much for them...and I’ve had spring twist (small passion twists) and i do remember feeling like it was soooo much hair....i think I’m going to try this method with Marley hair. Yes!! 🏆🎊 I'm natural, a novice braider and wanted to try some crochet as a protective style but I REFUSE to use the rubber band method 🙅🏿♀️. Just got my passion twists and definitely gonna install using this method! THANK YOU!!!
Thara Lawson in my opinion the rubber band method isn’t good for your hair. The rubber bands can cause breakage, and at it can tug at your edges with could lead to balding of your edges. But please do what works for you ♥️
I think for 4c hair this is the best method I've seen and I've done A LOT of research, thank you for taking the time to demonstrate and review, looks stunning, I shall definitely be using this method as the thought of using rubber bands utterly horrified me! ❤
This is how I explain to my stylist!!! To prettiest my hair so that when take it down your hair isn’t getting too tangled and it’s organized. Thank you for this
The best method I’ve seen so far! I’m about to reinstall mines because the hair is so soft it’s slides from my roots. This technique looks wayyy more secure, and longer lasting!
I did this style finally, its a new favorite, I am soooo happy I have this added to my list of protective styles, I have gotten sooooo many compliments. I did it just like you, except I didn't loop the braid hair at the base (no particular reason, just didn't). THANK YOU FOR SHARING!
Keke you can do no wrong. Your hair came out beautiful. Thank you for the tutorial and the hair plug I didn't know they had that type and texture either. You are gorgeous!
GENIUS I thought about twisting my hair beforehand to help with the takedown as there are a few tangles however I thought it would look weird so I didn't. Now seeing it being done has given me inspiration. I actually made a passion twist crochet halfwig but I'll do this method on the front of my hair.
Thank you love this is exactly the method I was looking for, thanks also for not talking a bunch and doing the most bc whew chile some of your YT sis's ain't get the memo and I'm just tryna see how to do the style, ya dig
I Really love your method! All the other ones I've seen so far required a blow dry🙄🙄 and Sis, I don't even own a blow drier 🙈 Thank you for the inspiration 😘
I like how even though you're sponsored you took the time to wear the hair so you could give a proper honest review. And of course, you look AMAZING in these passion twists. And you're lovely anyway.
You. Look. Gorgeous!!!! Love these. Want to attempt these today. Been looking at tons of vids on YT and yours are the prettiest passion twists. Hands down. Looks better than the ones offered by stylists in my city. Thanks so much for posting this. Going to try to do your method of braiding my hair first. Want to wear this style on my upcoming vacation, so this install will be my test. Wish me luck.
Omg, first off, you are gorgeous! My sisters have always done my hair (I have alopecia so I am very particular). I don't do hair at all, but we are all so busy so it is hard to catch them. But I always wanted passion twist, etc and this video makes me feel like I might actually be able to do something with my own hair. The braiding before method is something I wouldn't have thought of. Thank you for posting and I am a true beginner, so I look forward to trying!! (I've been researching too lol).
Hi Keke J!! I have been going through so many passion twist videos trying to find the best technique. I was also trying to decide if I was going to do it myself or have someone else do it . After watching this video over and over you have inspired me to do it myself!!! I love your technique and you look beautiful in the passion twists. 😊
My thoughts with this.... Wow I really want this hairstyle. I do NOT want to use the rubberband method......*searches for other methods* maybe I will try crochet...but the pretwisted hair costs more...nah fugg that I will twist it my damn self. Knotless or twist start not gonna work....I have 3b/3c hair that ish is gonna slide out. *spends 50 more hours researching* *still absolutely refusing to do rubber band method* Alas.....I find this video. I can not wait to get my hair and install! Thanks so much girl looks great and you are beautiful.

I like this method because my hair is puffy also. I recently put a relaxer in after 4 years so my hair wouldn't show BUT my ends are horribly damaged and very coarse and if my hair gets wet or its too humid it will show very badly. Im definitely trying this method! Your gorgeous by the way! ☺
