This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napoleon Hill pitch. - Розваги
I’m enjoying this trend of criminals actually getting arrested, like SBF and Alex Mashinsky. Let’s get the Paul brothers up there next on the chopping block, it’s long overdue!
not a fan of either brother but has jake really done anything that's illegal?
If only we got that with hunter biden and his documented public felonies
Theronos chick too.
@@wyckedsyndicaterigging his fights would be one…
Trumpty Dumpty next please!
Every now and then, the finance sector will make an example of someone to pretend there isnt a bunch of people getting away with it.
Some people screw up hiding their crimes and/or committing fully legal fraud, and the Justice System is happy to snap those people up. Only after people get hurt though, cuz you know, stopping it beforehand is dirty Stalinist Red Commie Dictator behavior x3
Nobody likes Red Tape, even when it can save lives. When it does its job, it looks absolutely useless x3

I don't think they even care now, nobody at that level is accountable now - look at the Biden family. They laugh in our faces and treat us as plebs.
@@Mrdestiny17 yuuuup
Someone pointed out to me that the ones who are “made an example of” stole money from very rich and powerful people.
I will never not find the fact that Coffeezilla lives in SBF's head rent-free hilarious. Well done, sir.
I absolutely love, love, love how people "forget" other people's names, when in reality, they know them all too well. Especially in cases like this where SBF has clearing been stewing on Coffee's content. There's zero chance he forgot who Coffee was -- it's embarrassing to watch.
He's probably pretending to forget who coffeezilla was.
Just how fast it says the name when he suddenly stops with the fumbling, lol takes a long time to lie these days
It's like the stupid bit where a person pretends not to know or know how to pronounce someone's name. Weakest power play of all time.
I have a lingering suspicion you do not in fact love, love, love it
Calling him “I think it’s coffeezilla?” when you KNOW he’s in prison binge watching his videos, balling up is pasty little fists. Makes me giggle.
I still find it hilarious how close his name is to "Scam Bankrun Fraud" and it perfectly describes what he did and what his downfall was.
Willing to bet money thats not even his real name to protect identity
It really is. Keeping it Scam Bankman Fraud works well too.
@@everegenxthat doesn't make any sense... he's so high profile that everyone knows his face and his legal name is on the court filings. If it was "fake" it's in a way that would be useless at protecting him.
@@midn8588 dang. Must be one hell of a coincidence because that name sounds like it was generated by AI

It’s crazy that it’s taken this long to finally start seeing people like this held accountable.
It's because he fucked with *other* rich people's money. A taboo in the business world.
He had some of his more serious charges quietly dropped by federal prosecutors recently cause he was one of biden's biggest individual donors in 2020. He's probably still gonna get off easy.
He’s the tribe, you expect any less?
Hopefully it sets a precedent at least.
We’ll see. I’m not convinced yet.
You appearing on SBF's most hated list is a shining golden light of integrity and value. You are doing great work man... Keep it up!
Top 10 people to be hated by list when.
He went back to jail so he couldn’t try to tamper with witnesses anymore, and then they just hand him the means to do it. The justice system is absolutely braindead.

@@donywahlberg Ah Yes paperwork. Why didn't I think of that.

Leaking Caroline Ellison's private dairy really wasn't a smart move. Until now I think most people believed she was the one manipulating and controlling him. But her writings show that might not be the case. He was just so desperate to get revenge and make her look pathetic that he didn't think it through.

It is fascinating, I've been noticing the same on the level of countries, with russian state media
All three of the people this video focused on are Jewish.
Probably just a coincidence.
Because with enough repeatedly speaking about it. They will be forgiven and their crimes forgotten, see how the US got away with Iraq. As well as the Logan brothers, repeatedly.
It cost $250 million to keep this fluffy-headed squirrel out of jail, and he still blew it. A quarter of a billion dollars, flushed down the toilet. Unreal. Do you know how much good in the world that $250 million could have done?
That's like 150 bombs that coulda been sent to some foreign war.
Even during bail he thought he could worm his way out of trouble, people like this never stop trying to manipulate, it's like a compulsion
Actually, that bail money will most likely be used to pay court fees and possible fines, and if any is left... uh, I dunno, it goes to the government. So no, it's not "flushed down the toilet" by any means 🤓
From what I'm reading, as long as he shows up on the appointed date the bail will be refunded. Seeing how he's going to be held until the trial, there's no way to duck his court appearance short of a jailbreak so it seems the money will be returned.
@bibsp3556 right lol Lindsay Graham had that 150 bombs reserved
No idea why Sam isn’t pilloried in the press and public more and more. His connections and creepazoid law theory parents have done an amazing job of obfuscating everything

Why? He did not do anything wrong.
Why is *he* allowed a laptop in prison, when *all* his crimes were facilitated via the internet? Talk about being treated with kiddie gloves. He should never be able to be close to a computer or any other device that can connect to the internet *ever* again!
Yeah man, white collar crime even pays well behind bars.

Criminals are actually pretty trust worthy people, in general. Fradusters and Theives are not, but they are a sub-section of all criminals. Same with rich people, most of them are actually upstanding members of the community, they pay their taxes, they don't abuse their wealth etc

Yeah. Even when there was news in it - there was - I think they should've chosen not to be used that way.
Very few journalists have integrity these days. It's all about the clicks. Even as we speak the New York Times is fervently defending SBF because they don't want to lose their golden goose.
Yeah, they would realize it, but then they would think that it would also bring them a lot of attention. Hate clicks are still clicks.

Oh man! Coffeezilla. That was well written. You've done it again. Bravo.
it's always a good day when scammers end up in jail.
Don't judge defense lawyers because they represent people who seem clearly guilty. Often in those cases they are actually representing the rights of americans. They are there to ensure that the law enforcement that brought down the goon actually respected the rights that every american is given when catching the goon
UA-camr lawyer Bruce Rivers when asked about defending criminals said and I paraphrase his response said, ‘If the government accuses someone of a crime then the government has to prove it’.
It's very unfortunate that he was insinuating that, marring an otherwise alright video.
Defense lawyers are an essential part of a functioning legal system, however unpalatable it may seem.
@nickrails yeah ppl need to remember no matter how evil you are you do have a right to a lawyer
The only bad thing about that is there a chance the lawyers can get them off a crime they are guilty of
Nothing worse than when a criminal gets off on a technicality.
But yeah, it's not a coincidence when the same lawyers are hired by the richest people...the best are the most expensive.
