This is the first season that I'm going to have 3 level 100 characters and I'm probably going to go for more. I've got a max level sorc (Lightning Spear) and a max level druid (Boulder cataclysm) and now I'm leveling a Barb. This season is just really fun to level.
I just finished getting the last class to level 100 and I gotta say my absolute fav so far is the Rogue Barrage build followed by the minion necro build. This season was the first time I played a druid and it was actually more fun than I thought. The whirlwind barb was pretty fun also, and my least fav was the sorc. Yeah it's powerful, but it's not really fun. You just stand there and cast the same skill without having to do much else.
Every build is press one button and do nothing else at the end. Barrage, Whirlwind, all the builds you made are the same thing. Quit crying just for attention
WW barb feels SO BAD. you literally have to "glitch" it to make it viable. u spam the button as fast as you can to make more twisters spawn, even though its a channeled ability. It works, but your fingers take a beating.
I am glad that I switched to rogue this season 🤣 played barb till now and damn that was a struggle. Even that I love Warrior kind characters in every game, I tried rogue and was like:” So this is how everybody feels like?!” 🤣🤣🤣 crazy diff
As long as WW barb doesn't have something that MASSIVLY increase dmg on a single target or something like that, WW will never be truly good. It will always be good for speed farming but that's it.
Season 5 is my first time playing diablo 4. Chose sorcerer because i wanted to lightning stuff and win, then discovered i incidentally chose the best class this season
Hey I found out something just today. There's a way to cheese on gaining a massive XP on your weapon techniques as a barbarian. There's a training dummy at kyovashad in the training grounds. Well that dummy apparently levels those skills up and it doesn't die so... Easy Cheese
Rage, I did your Crackling Energy sorcerer build but I went with Doombringer and a focus with Storm Swell aspect, I can kill the Hordes Counsel in T7s in under 2mins and pits boss in pit101 in under 30secs. My question is, is that pretty good still or am I falling behind with those instead of the staff? Thank you!
Lack of build variety on other classes is a problem at the moment.Sorcerer is fine.Druid's best build is build that's been around since season 1.Necro apparently only has 2 builds Minions and Bone Spirit.Hollow has done 3 necro build video since the start of season and two of those builds were the same but updated.I look around the other channels nobody is putting out vids for Necro(Goblin Inc with there 2 skill builds don't count).Barb has one build Ww.Rogue has a few good builds to be fair.Why would I purchase the expansion with a new class,when they can't balance the 5 classes they already have?Spiritborne will be op for a month then they'll nerf it in to the ground.I play all 5 classes but right now it feels like necro and barb are just not worth playing due to lack of viable builds.
So I have Lightning Spear at 100. Then I found Andariel’s Visage, Ring of Starless, and Tyrael’s might…rolled a Rogue two days ago and she’s already 96. Why? Cause I equipped ALL 3 Mythics at level 35!!
I actually find my landslide druid to have better range than my andariel rogue. The lightning storms clear the screen. Where my rogue only does best damage in my puddle
@Ragegamingvideos I'm currently using non-mythic chain lightning build you featured a few days ago, having a problem with 8/12 gear on rank 6 pits, how is the survivability or would you suggest switching to this build for more survivability as I get blasted in the 2-4 wave that comes in. Keeping in mind that I'm over armor cap and resist cap. Just feels like night and day from 5-6 pits and have plenty of life on hit already for mana. Thanks in advanced.
Maybe your paragon? I swapped to roxys CL build as a base and it’s doing great tho tweaked gear and skill tree modes a bit for warmth to drive starlight ring. GA life on chest helps too. Can clear t7 pits.
I've tried playing during S1, couldn't get into it. Back to D3. Tried S2, had a bit more fun, but back to D3 pretty quickly. Skipped S3. Briefly touched S4, back to D3. Been playing S5 for about a week and I'm having a blast just running around, trying new builds and learning the game as I go. So, as someone who has been waiting for D4 to get to a point where it's just genuinely fun to play, yes it's a great season.
If it's a list of best builds and not best builds for each class, let's be honest, barbarian doesn't belong on the list at all. There are other sorcerer builds, rogue builds, druid builds, and at least one more necromancer build that easily outperform the best barbarian can do this season. Hang in there barbs, things will shift again later down the line.
The stun grenades part dont matter, its used for the 25% increased crit strike damage vs stunned and frozen targets. A good damage increase. And with all the lucky hit cc tempers you dont really need the stun grenades.
high level pit is just cancer, bar none the worse content D4 could've brought in to the game, literally on par with the NM dungeons, totally uninspiring. Which is why I consider that D4 still has no worthy endgame and why most people A: take their sweet time leveling, B: spend most of the season leveling alts or C: drop the season 2 weeks in. They had to add shitty tempering gambling slot machine to give the game some longevity, that's sad.
@@dangerfly honestly, it's a really good question. I guess I just expected something different and more unique than D3 but I suppose there's so much you can do with these types of games, I must be getting old and picky that's all lol.
@@Bruno-lr9lm Hordes seem fun now because it's new but eventually it'll feel like everything else we do on repeat. At least it doesn't feel exactly like a slot machine (cough masterwork). The only way to keep things fresh is to utilize A.I. procedural generation. Though if it's truly custom or novel then it's inherently more difficult to manage and maintain.
@@dangerfly tbh the Lilith debuff you get into the pits is probably the biggest reason why people are super discouraged to push. you get those stacks from the most wierd things... not just Echo attacks. it's really wierd. Also, the rewards that the pit gives compared to the infernal hordes is a joke... so a boost to the pit rewards could help.

Yes, we all had this top 10 content creators saying that it makes just a slight difference and all the other 99,9% saying that it made a huge difference. Sorc has 3 good builds and maybe thats all we can ask of Blizzard. I mean 5 valuebale options upwards that are not somewhat building around same mechanics would be a dream for every class but yeah, we have to take what we get I guess. Definitely abandoned my Sorc right now for Barrage Rouge. Maybe also trying Landslide Druide. Hopefully they will fix Minion Necro and Barbs in general. I don't need them to be bad, it was time to have Sorc, Rouge, Druide in a better spot. That worked better for Sorc and Rouge but why have the other classes became bad in the same moment? Why is no on talking about the difference in loot drop rate between buying the expansion and not buying it. I play in a group 1 has it and 2 dont and it feels like 3 to 1 can some one please confirm.
I bought the expansion and I never, since season 4 got any nice triple GA loot. Every single triple GA item I ever got had garbage affixes such as life per second, life on hit, or an elemental resist.
@@frankschwarz408 i wish it was ga items we were talking about. Just last night we did some more boss runs same party. Our guy who bought the expansion had 3 ubers drop in one boss kill. While of the two who did not get it only 1 dropped for one of the two. It feels like a strong corralation. Especialy when we went over 34 runs yesterday and pulled 1 when the one who bought it had 5 drop and is still getting drops.

I haven't spent a cent on this game since release and I have half a bank tab full of mythics. The other 3 I group regularly with (and also have not spent anything) have had varying degrees of "luck" with one only up to the third mythic (2 of which came from the same boss). All this in about 9 days of game play. RNG gonna RNG.. correlation does not imply causation here.
Um no it shouldn't because it's not. Lightning Spear Sorc and Stormslide Druid are both better and cleared higher pit. And Heartseeker is catching up to Andy's fast and already way better single target wait til people gear it up

Frozen orb lightning spear. I killed echo of lilith and tormented beast in ice solo before I got mythic uniques.

I made pulverise druid and can just about clear t7 hordes. Takes 20 minutes thou. lol
