I love the way he sings WITH his accents, makes him sounds so nice. Like lots of singers go into an American sounding voice when they sing.
This is why I am proud to be Scottish, and he keeps his accent which is not something many Scottish artists do. I hate my Scottish accent but his is lovely

I've seen a lot of people mentioning how he's a monster but seems human to us, but no one seems to be mentioning when he walks past his band mates they don't react, don't know what that implies but just found it interesting

It always seemed to me like the song and video are about someone who gets violent when he's drunk. His character was passed out on the street at the start of the video, there's a reference to being "hooked on the bottle," and the reputation he's amassed while not in his right mind follows him wherever he goes. Also, the title suggests that this is self-inflicted, and not a stigma that's been wrongfully inflicted on him by society.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many beautiful memories. Only a small amount of songs can gather up your feelings of the past and memories to the 3 minute long time and this song is perfect example of that.

Love this song. It came about in a moment of my life where I had to end a relationship with someone I loved but wasn't in love with. Shortly after I met the woman who would become my wife. This song still echoes for me years later.
Aw that’s cute. For me however I can’t really listen to their songs as it brings back dark times in my life when I was a teen. I have a much better music taste now and I try to listen to podcasts instead of ruminating on stuff.
