Baked Chicken with Plum Sauce

- Tart and sweet, great summer dish.
2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless patted dry
2 teaspoons for your favorite seasoning salt (this video is french herb)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of plum sauce or more (I have a video of one or make your own, very easy, I let mine rest a day in the fridge)

preheat the oven to bake at 305
slit about 4 slits in each breast
season both sides with the salt
oil the pan and add slit side up
cook 10 minutes
remove and cover in sauce
insert the probe and cook to 165
Allow to cool and cover in sauce that dripped out.
I would recommend to invest in a new microphone not a expensive one but a microphone around 100-200 dollars would be good
