Yes route markers are there though a couple of patches were still getting done which hopefully should be through by the time you go.

Yes its open for all. You may find work going on in some patches enroute though (as & when they see some scope before official open) and so the traffic getting diverted.

From Delhi take NH-44 via Sonepat-Panipat-Karnal-Kurukshetra then from Ambala after the toll at Haryana Punjab border get off the highway and take right to NH-205A then after Kharar take Kurali bypass to NH-205 keep on driving this road (it will automatically merge with NH-154 q little before Sundernagar), keep on driving then at Mandi take right on NH-3 (board will be there & shown in video also, NH-154 goes to left via the bridge on the river) then keep on driving on this road to Manali. Have a nice trip 👍

Took me a little over 6 hours drive time. This would likely reduce to 5.5 hours once a couple of points like Swarghat Tunnel are done (may have already happened or may happen in next few days)

No new tolls were operational yet. So the only toll I paid was just before Manali of Rs 80 & apart from that the usual Rs 50 Himachal entry tax & Rs 200 Manali entry tax (environmental fee)

bhai thanks for nice video, but main mountains area mai bas isiliye ghoomne nahi jata kyonki roads dangerous hoti hai ,as ek taraf khai hoti hai. Kya aap ye bata sakte hain ki ye jo raod bana rahe hain usme khai nahi hogi ek taraf ,means poore road par manali tak(like bhager ki road to bilkul safe dikh rahi hai drive ke liye for example) . means we are safe while driving and not panic.

Poore Manali ke raaste mei ab sirf Swarghat & thoda sa Mandi ka section hai jaha wo khai waali feeling aa sakti hai which you are referring to. Swarghat wala naya tunnel section ya toh ab tak start ho chuka hoga ya hone waala hoga toh waha se bhi wo cheez chali jaayegi & Mandi ka wo thoda patch toh anyways bahut broad hai. So in short one can drive down to Manali even if he/she has little hill driving experience. Haan Manali town ke andar traffic jam mei dikat aa sakti hai incase you are new to hill driving, so in that case you can book a hotel on the highway just before or after Manali. Hope it helps 🙏

Bro I am from sundernagar Himachal, so according to my knowledge, by March 2024 whole highway from Chandigarh to Manali will be opened , which is fully a four lane road , so the distance from Chandigarh to sundernagar will be covered in 3 hours or less and from sundernagar to Manali it will take two hours , so in coming months whole distance will be covered in 5 to 7 hours 👍👍🙏
