    These exercises for an advanced level are a hit, they are difficult, but they guarantee successful recovery. After this, I go for preparations for the Olympiad. Thanks Tara, Have a nice week.

    Thank you so much Dr Tara Tobias for this superb video of hip strengthening exercises and dissociation the upper and lower body after post stroke spasticity and hip and Ankle drop.
    Really really really helpful.
    I was doing the same exercises while watching this video.
    It's around 6/10 for me.
    Soon I'll progress

    my problem is my big toe always bend so that the end tip hurts; i try exercising the big toe but it persists

    Id love to practice high kneeling on the floor. However, my left ankle wont allow me to. I have to do it either on my bed or a high table at pt. My pt won't do this with me. She says that im beyond this point. I know im not and need to do this more. Thank you for sharing! I look forward to your Sunday videos 🙏🏽

    I need this because my brain can't tell my arm from my leg. If I have my arm raised and lift my leg, my arm comes down. Also, I can't lift both at the same time. If I have my arm raised on my unaffected side, I can't lift my affected side, same with the legs. Anyone else run into this?!
