    My high school football coach who passed away my senior year always told us "If winning was easy, losers would do it." I miss that coach so much... RIP Coach Mudge.

    I’m a RVP in Primerica. I can’t say how many times I’ve went back and listened to this video for coaching, guidance and inspiration. Thank you to who posted this and to all who keep this great company marching forward. You would think doing what’s right and what’s good would be easier but I guess all the best things in life are placed on the other end of uphill struggles.

    In this speech, he says "I'm 55 but feel 16." Now he's 80. I bet he still feels young!!

    Left 25 years ago and doing awesome as a land developer so I'm happy as it just wasn't right for me. One thing I still remember to this day is how inspirational Art Williams was. His "just do it" speech is one of the best all time and is something that has assisted me even not being a part of the company anymore. Honestly, you can read TGIR 100 times and follow every little detail to a T, AND STILL Art's speech trumps it because it's simple and to the point. Don't over-analyze everything...JUST DO IT.

    • @marialopezmyopinion4951

      Rene Patton... You join a company, buy from the company, sell for the company and recruit people for the company.
      Buy all companies recruit, you will say. Which is true, but up to a limit based on supply and demand. Yours cannot stop recruiting

    • @SmileKT68
      @SmileKT68 6 років тому +2

      Rene Patton - MLM stands for Multi-Level Marketing, but Primerica (originally founded as and by A.L. Williams in 1977) is not registered as an MLM but as an Independent Insurance Agency and Mutual Funds Brokerage.

    Art started a harmless cottage industry insurance company until Hubert Humphrey supercharged it by introducing the MLM system he learned during his Amway days.

    • @stanceschudy7011
      @stanceschudy7011 6 років тому +6

      Hubert would have never built his organization anywhere near where it ended up without riding on Art's coat tails.. I was there - (SVP) And by the way, Bo Adams did the comp plan structure, not Hubert.

    • @GreatBehoover
      @GreatBehoover Рік тому

      And Art is worth 1.5 billion while Hubert is worth less than 5 million. Let that sink in.

    • @johnd9541
      @johnd9541 Рік тому

      @@GreatBehoover Art was worth a billion.....on paper, until his CITI investments tanked in 08, costing him $800M. He soon after reappeared on the Primerica scene, with books and speeches and anything else he could do to earn money. Hubert, in today's dollars, would be earning 5-10x what today's top Primerican earns. Almost half the force was under him. But the real interesting thing is, his history has been completely erased from Primeric's lexicon. That doesn't happen unless one is trying to hide something. Him and 24 of his top lieutenants are still part of the count of million dollar earners......even though they've been gone over 30 years.

      @@GreatBehoover "Net worth" pages are clickbait, but you likely also get your financial advice from the National Inquirer. Unless you're his accountant, nobody knows. However, he sued CITI for his loses, and lost. Those are official court records. I will stick with that.
