1969, there were only four tv shows I never missed, Do Not Adjust Your Set, Out Of The Unknown, Spike Milligans Q5 and. Its Marty With Marty Feldman, and many years later its still juat as side splitting funny. Paul Bacchus esq
+Daniel Dauchy the lady who played his mother struck me for her resemblance with Cate Blanchett. I guess that's what she will look like when she's had a few decades more.
Apart from Marty, I don´t remember the names of the other two - the wife and the travel salesman - but I watched them a lot on BBC shows. Brilliant comedians.
"When the soprano sings in B flat" - B flat was translated into German as B. This is actually correct! B flat in English is B in German and B natural is in German called H.
I wonder which parts the Pythons wrote. Graham's got to have had a hand in the travel agent sketch! XD And the news report puts me in mind of Michael somehow... :)
A jolly good episode start to finish. Loved Marty!

"I don't know but Herbert the duck doesn't satisfy'em!" That entire sketch was killing me. I'm so glad I stumbled across this.

Marty and Allan Sherman....that would be amazing
Mentioned as writers are among others John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Terry Jones and Michael Palin ... Monty Pythons...
With all those Python guys involved it should have been funnier...
so so UNFUNNY..dreadful humour
@TheClassicalSymphony to right, there is always one
Either the porn guy or has dreadful taste in pseudonyms as well as humour.
There was this guy Bernard from Dover, his sense of humour was f...ed over.
It is funny but you're just a Debbie Downer
