Those magazines you have are ace! I can see where you get a lot of inspiration from! And I am absolutely loving hearing the plans you have for this Apache! Also, hopefully you'll have a beginner's guide to making a custom chassis plate for those super low builds! Plus the attachment of wheels!
Really enjoying these, and you can hear you gaining in confidence with each one. Build will be fantastic I'm sure and I'm looking forward to seeing its progress.
I'm glad you are doing the videos, allows more info and thought process to be translated than text and pics. Look forward to seeing it evolve although it hurts a bit to see a rare kit get cut up.😢
@@sodakmodelcars it’s also a different feeling chopping up a rare rebuilder…… I feel a little more respectful of it. I try to do a better job as they are not as disposable as new replaceable kits. But I’m doing what they would have done in the golden years when the kits were new ….. I hope that makes sense and not in anyway meant to be disrespectful 😀
@KrowKustoms Oh for sure, it's getting a new life either way. I'm not against chopping up, I just like to keep the original form if possible because it can only be original once, and I enjoy the original kit history along with the kustom.
@@sodakmodelcars I get it completely…… I have a number of mint vintage kits. These will be built box stock with the stock kustom parts and not cut up…… but rebuilders with part’s missing are fair game 😀
Love it! Absolutley a great video! You are extremely moving to one of my favorite channels! You and i have the same approach in modelcarbuilds. "It dosent have to be functional, just it have to look cool on a shelf" love that! Think i have ro step up my game and maybe build more radical stuff on my channel aswell! You inspire me!
Just found your channel, and it’s massively enjoyable. Great inspiration and ideas. Bravo
Cant wait to see this one finished. Please show more of your older builds.

@@davebucknall3290 thank you!!! I’m probably going to section the cab first whilst I’ve still got the structural integrity of the roof

Thank you. That’s the whole reason for the channel to explain my thought process. I prefer working with the old stuff…… the plastic is different.
@@KrowKustoms It's definitely a softer plastic.

I have a few hoods to do the same thing on my sectioned chevy. I eliminated the body line and may start fresh since Im not sure I like it
Depending how low it’s going to sit Frenched headlights in the bonnet nostrils would be interesting…
Mmmmm 🤔🤔 I like that idea
