Hi.. please help ,... let's say i only use channel 1, can the irig help me get the stereo sound ? because i already have my (mic + vocal effects + music/backing track) alltogether on channel 1, that i currently connect it to my soundcard channel 1, so i don't need 2 channel, but i need to make it stereo. can iRig Stream PRO help making them all become stereo output ?
Quick question. So I see that the irig stream pro does away with the mono mode switch that the previous version had - a feature super helpful for things like Instagram which only accept mono mic input. My guess with the older irig stream was that it took all of your panning and whatnot and smashed it down the middle, but you would still hear the settings in a similar way that the streamer intended things to be heard. Since this model has no mono mode, what would you suggest users do to compensate for IG and Facebook’s inability to accept stereo signal…. Wouldn’t want all of the sound for my videos to only hit one earbud or speaker when I’m streaming lol
That won't happen. iRig Stream Pro is an improvement to iRig Stream in all ways, including that each input has its own independent volume control and is then mixed down to your choice of stereo or 4 channels to stream, process or record into all your favorite apps.
The video explains the more robust version of Loopback as does the description: Multichannel mode offers another advantage. Loopback+ is powerful new feature that lets you route either or both channels 3 and 4 to audio apps such as MixBox, AmpliTube or VocaLive for processing and then route their outputs through the Loopback feature and into channels 1+2 going to your streaming app.
@@ikmultimedia oh wow! I see! Quite impressive. So if I understand you…the Irig. Stream Only loopsback the audio from the device not additional multichannel inputs?
@@ikmultimedia but what keeps you from sending the audio from the same apps to run in the background of your iPhone or ipad and then running thru the irig like on the stream just like you would with the stream pro?? How does the multichannel mode affect that?
Hello, I would like to record the sound from the irig directly to my camera GH52. Is there a way or cable where I can connect it. My microphone is connected to the XLR input.
iRig Stream Pro is an audio interface so you would need to have it connected to a compatible device in order to work. Some models like iRig Pre 2 can connect directly so some cameras, though www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irigpre2
So…this might be the interface I have been waiting for. The size, functions and power options are right up my alley, now I am waiting to hear about sound quality. Eagerly awaiting reviews from the YT community. Did you guys at IK send some units to selected people?
I’ve got an Apollo UAD 2. Which I like to get my mix from, just looking recording piano an vocal with UAD fx, simply recording with my iPhone. Don’t want to lose audio the quality by going from digital to analog to digital again, if possible. Can this be done. I’m new to this. Thanks in advance x
Send your apollos monitors out to the rca’s on irig, this is about as clean a signal of your mix you get into your iPhone. It’s going to undergo some conversion but There’s not really any better options besides irig stream
I make beats and want to send audio through a Facebook messenger call with a rapper friend of mine so we can remotely produce music together. Does anyone that has an irig or headset buddy know if it works with fb messenger video-call?
Wondering if this would allow me to use it as a voice changer with the Road caster board?
Can i do for live streaming in FB Tik Tok or any other Media apps?
First comment!
Awesome device btw!!

Hi, I would like to know if the processed audio, for example adding reverb, will be monitored with effect and no delay?

good question
Why no one answers?
I use it to broadcast music on Tik Tok. Does it affect the iPhone battery or not?
Power source?
Will it be released in universal cable connector - like USB-C instead of midi? I got no replacement cable.
Can i use the rca inputs for processing fx with the ipad on the stereo signal of a keyboard?
