I have very high arches on both feet (plantar fasciitis in both), and I also have an exaggerated curvature in my spine (lordosis). That could explain why I have issue with both.
Erm... I have no arches in my feet and therefore by her logic I should have a straight spine. My spine is actually curved/twisted... I'd love to hear her explanation 😅
