Yeah, there's a subcommunity of mostly Japanese modders who do this kind of thing. The rest of us keep to a _classy_ level of overpowered. It may be an instant kill with a ridiculous AoE, but at least it has a visible tell and notable startup lag so you can get out of the way (or, actually, run in and punish).
