- Thanks for watching! We took a 1 hour road trip to my nephews football game Tyler Apache vs. Trinity Cardinals who are #5 in the Nation. Great game. My nephew Zion did so well. I’m making Jam Pie 🥧 Tongan Pai Siamu. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients Pai Siamu (Jam Pie)
Dry mix
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt
2 Sticks Butter (226 Grams)
Wet mix
6 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Can of Coconut Milk or Regular Milk

@@LetstalkfamilyxxBut add flour gradually not all to help with the stickiness.
@@Letstalkfamilyxx I would say use the 7th cup to dust into the dough to help with stickiness.
