@@franksaladino Yeah, the chicken and the egg problem! You need to do something outrageous to attract followers. In 2013, it was vlogging with a Ferrari. In 2015, it was driving for Uber in a Lambo. I don’t know what it’s gonna take in 2023. However, listen to interviews with Doug and he said he really took off when he started posting 2x per week. Again, maybe it has to be daily in 2023, I don’t know. But you need to go where they ain’t.
Personally, I think the best way to build an audience would have been vlogging with the Vanquish 2x per week, recording it in manual mode, windows down, taking it to the redline on every single trip to the coffee shop, grocery store etc. I swear I will do this one day with my Rapide, just so I can share the aural pleasure with the world!
The auto industry is evolving super fast, and soon we will all be riding in fast, self-driving, silent boxes on wheels. Not boding well for aspiring car reviewers!😂
But I hope you can find your niche because both cars and UA-cam are two giant markets!
