I'm unmotivated this week and i just want to chill and sleep due to school works and i felt like im not happy doing it anymore, but seeing your video motivates me to get through everyday! Thank u Estella! You never failed to inspire and motivate us to push through! 💕🥰
I honestly 100% agree with you. I was very busy with music and school so I tried to keep it light and it works. You know how?
1. I clean my room and try to keep it that way
2. I organize my school work and took it step by step *slowly*
3. I take a couple of breaks to do breathing exercises (it helps to calm down stress and anxiety)
4. I make my bed to make me feel good
5. I let some sunshine in my room to make me feel amazing

I agree with you and I'm going through the same thing all I want to do is draw and watch TV but I would also recommend if you get up and then fall back asleep then get alarmy wich always helps me and also go outside more too😊

I've been slacking on my routine since I've had two weeks off from work. I need to get back into gear and start making some traction again towards my deadlines, goals and upcoming trips. I don't think I could wake up at 5am but 6am seem easier. Loving the cosy environment.

estella’s hair is looking so much better! the moment i saw her hair i knew it was wavy xD. just some tips: use hair masks often especially when you’re just starting to style your hair properly - i’m talking using a mask every week. try not to shampoo your hair more than once a week. research tutorials on how to use a denman brush (or any similar brush you have to style your hair) because there’s a very specific way to use it. if you want more volume, scrunch hair but very gently, especially at the roots, when applying gel. if you want your hair to look longer, take the gel on your hands and glaze it over your hair. when drying your hair with a diffuser, start by hovering it around your hair until the hard gel feeling forms, before picking up your hair in the diffuser. this makes sure the curl pattern dries properly. don’t use it on the cool setting, or the hottest setting, they’ll both make your hair frizzy. sleep on a satin/ silk pillow. and if you don’t like the crunchy hard gel feeling, scrunch it out with a hair oil on your hands. hope at least one of these help :D some of them may not be right for your hair type, so definitely experiment, but in general these tips should make your hair healthier and less frizzy.

It was a very gradual process of shifting my sleep schedule earlier and earlier! And yummy food to look forward to in the morning + your favorite show or hobby always helps xD

To be honest but this video is very productive. As a high school (freshman) student, I'm trying to change my morning routine to very productive morning. I only eat breakfast at school so I can catch up on other schoolwork but I don't do any schoolwork before I leave. I want it to be easy and productive.
