i feel like not a lot of people are understanding the point of the lyrics, but basically.
part of this was due to how I typed them in the description, but the voices talk over eachother because theyre two different phrases

kings of night refers to the old rulers of the hollow metropolis before it drowned while the kings that rise refer to the drowned gods.
thought i'd clear this up.
i love your music, deepwoken or not, so please keep up the good work. i also love the music in this one and "oh i say free" especially the sound at 0:53 since it fits the theme so well and sounds kinda mysterious and calm. all of your music is great, but my personal favorites have to be the kinda "calm" ones i guess

*You find yourself at the open gates of the grand metropolis, Elextasolia. This is what Amorous spoke of: A city of slate and limestone, a bustling heaven of trade.*
*You brush off the leaves that have fallen onto you from The Everblack Forest, a small wind blowing them back to their original positions, and you look around, the once bustling city now completely and utterly devoid of anything. You heard not even an insect, but only the soft breeze that reverberated throughout the layer.*
*You take your first step within the city, and you notice something rather odd. The architecture was very, very similar to that found in New Kyrsa, with tall, grandiose buildings and the frequent placement of benches. Could this layer have been another claimed by the Kyrsians?*
*You wander throughout the empty city, opening caches of abandoned supplies, all the while, you feel a presence looming above you. Watching you. Deciding how its prize will be shaped postmortem.*
*Eventually, you come across the unmistakable appearance of a Kyrsan Brute, who looked around the city, the membrane it had for a head was green, and was producing a strange muscus as it sobbed, speaking in its native tongue, likely mourning the loss of this once great and mighty city. On the shoulders of the brute was a large bag, likely a merchant one.*
*You approach the Kyrsan brute cautiously, and the Brute turns to you slowly. It cleared its "throat" and spoke while wailing.*
