I take a lot of notes, references, articles, ideas ... in the Evernote software and / or in Google Keep. How do I insert / link these notes into the Beat Board? Do I have to copy / paste? Another question on the Beat Board: Can we duplicate a beat? If yes, how ? Besides, do you have a cloud system (like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Adobe Creative Cloud) that allows us to access / save our script from anywhere, as long as we have an Internet connection ? It could come in handy as a feature. Thank you in advance for your answer Have a good day

Hi @@FinalDraft_ , Thank you for your answer, but I'm sorry, you don't really answer my questions. You answer that it is possible, but you do not explain "how". Excuse me for insisting and being a little "rough", can you please give us more details. For example: HOW PLEASE can we integrate / import notes from Evernote or Google Keep, WITHOUT making a link to these notes and WITHOUT having to copy the notes to Evernote or Google Keep to paste them to Final Draft? Because making links or copying and pasting, you can do it in a text software like Word. Besides, if we can duplicate a beat HOW do we do it please? What is the keyboard shortcut for doing this? Do you have to 1) copy the content of one beat, 2) create a new one and 3) paste the content of the other beat? If that's what we have to do, it's not really "duplicating" a beat (1 action), it's "copying / creating / pasting" a beat (3 actions). If I want to buy and use Final Draft, it is, among other things, to save time (and also to structure, organize my script). Because, I'm not teaching you anything, writing a script takes (many) time (even more if we call many external sources such as notes, websites, newspaper articles and / or when it is highly structured). If I waste time handling and going back and forth between the different software (web browser, note taking software etc ...) your software loses (some) of its interest for me (and for other users I suppose). Saving time by handling software like yours also avoids losing the thread of our ideas. Do you understand what I mean ? Thank you in advance for your answer Have a good day

Hi Anna, structure points are typically used for broader terms like Climax, Act One, Act Two, etc. You can use them to indicate where you want these story points to occur. Hope that helps!
