thoughts on the Valley 141 Ddr engine? I feel its very strong in Diva Hero as it proactively gets mali to Grave and helps converting mind/brain, stall and fill return. just feels like a modern deck now since I changed it!
With the exception of Sangan and Plague, all the cards that could be hit by DDV in my deck are HEROs and Water monsters. That’s a different impact when DDV resolves than losing cards like Trag, 3 Cyber Valleys, Battle Fader, etc.
Plasma is hard to summon and can be another brick. He’s much better in advanced format where there are less traps in the meta. Scapegoat is not good by itself, and in certain situations you can accidentally board lock yourself or lose to monsters that do piercing damage.
I really like Mystic Tomato and it would pair well with Creature Swap. I just had to make room for the Destiny Hero monsters to make D Draw consistent. As for E-Call, it’s also good, but you would need more than one Elemental Hero monster in the deck.
You don't think 1 gaia deserves a slot in the extra? can come up if you made goyo, if you mind/braincon a hoplomus/darius/goyo, or if you need 2200 for game.

DDV is just too good. Especially in a deck that can summon a 2000+ ATK dark monster turn one.

I’ve never liked Gaia. He’s a subpar HERO.
Sounds like a major downgrade. The deck fails spectacularly to cards like Deck Devastation Virus and Royal Oppression.
Don’t knock it before you try it, but then again maybe you know more about Diva Hero than me.
