Haha that playing in blindman's bluff against sorcs in Ankrahmun. It ilustrates the endless dilema of Old Tibia. Progressing fast as an ek/rp or pick the long and difficult way as a sorc to become a god.
thank god someone understands this, on todays 7.4 ot all admins are allowing 1-3 makers because of runes in economy but that is the whole point, it was supposed to take AGES to get a mage to 100.
TBH playing an EK was the most boring gameplay ever, i picked up a MS not cause it was difficlut class to play, i picked up a MS cause it was entertaining.
653 hit on player, sick times which i miss, sorcerers power back then was icredible
Yeah, been loving my UE dmg too, even before i got to lvl 100+ my mlvl was around 70. I remember my first 800k UE, eventho it was just a test done on my friends with no eq at all :)
Been with Wizav during my first 2 or 3 wars. No matter who had his char (not to mention how many of us had passes for this acc), we were winning every major battle. Wizavs owners and old Kargax were a great morale boosters :P

@@papaversomniferum2365 kargax was created by pl guy, i remember at the end of 2003 he had 80+. He was a member of Endless Shine, but during battles Liam/Mandus played on this char
@@ukaszs4671 Yeah, I myself am PL and during battles there was always Mandus playing on Kargax. I barely even known Kargax's Polish owner. TBH i never understood people giving away passwords to their chars in case of someone leading our MS strike group dies. I was asked about giving away my char in such case, but i kindly said "no", cause no amount of daring actions,amount of frags or being a main on VMM videos could corrupt me - I was playing MY OWN char, had MY OWN opinion, MY OWN reasons to fight, MY OWN moments of glory and moments of defeat.
That's how i always defined a Tibia experience - you build you char, get througs all LvLs, make friends, do quests, join a guild, fight ones that oppose you (or not, cause fear of losing your gain was too strong for majority of high lvled players were in fact a cowards - Hussars of Glory is a prime example), meet some people irl, achieve all goals, sell a char away to have some cash to spend during summer. That's what was Tibia for me. I've done everything by myself, perfected my english skills, had fun and people spoking to my char always knew that it was me, so no questions about "whos playing atm" were asked.
If you remember Novan MS nicknamed Master Heros from the Forgotten Family guild - it was me. I also played on Yoshju, Silixov and few others from time to time. Actually Yoshju.s owner was my in-game brother, we were always watching eachother's back, eventho we were people of different age, interests and even "social classes".
I shared simillar sense of jusrice, a "moral compass" with Molko Senior, so soon afrer we met closer and he joined our fight against WE/R7 we often criticized, had to blame and apologize for actions of our guildmates. Obviously NS/ES/Pro/whatever were not any more clean than our mortal enemies. I remember that once we wanted to distinguish ourselves from all the troublemakers and power abusers on our side (especially after Hexawob and others Swedish kids were in charge, after Jacke, Cloudys, Emod, Lady Tilly etc went on semi retirement) so we made "Sol Invictus" guild and soon after many others joined us. It was a good move, we fought a common enemy but shared a different values than raw power and greed, wich was consuming our core "war leaders/top lvls" allies. Yet still we were fighting together our "political influence" on server forum was quite a thing, this is kind of respect that you can't buy or grind lvl up but losing such "status" is irreversible. I always spent some time on forums, while training my Magic lvl by making SD's for hunts (hence why my Magic lvl was one of Nova's top) and participating in all "political" things taught me a lot, made me more mature in comparison to other people in/around my age.
So for me Tibia was something more than silly game about lvling up a character and bullying other people with little or no reason. Tibia helped to shape me as a man, helped to enter youg adulthood in some way too. It's rather symbolic, that while my irl and Tibia friends were drinking, smoking weed and taking amphetamine I have been studying psychedelics, took LSD, brew my first Ayahuaska at age of 17. Kinda funny, that I've been respected by all "gangstaz from da hood" eventho I never had problems with school grades, violence, law - all things that unfortunately attract young people. I earned everyones respect by being that young guy who at first glance looked like an "easy prey" for any kind of harassement, but never experienced such patology, cause everyone knew that under fasade of a "nerd" i grew up a balls to do things unimaginable for even worst young (and some older) criminals. Dunno why it impressed them, afterall I just been taking my dog for a walk after doing some LSD, played Tibia char alone, being skilled enough in combat and having ability to calculate, then take risk - something that high-lvl guys from my neighberhood were afraid doing, cause they feared ending up dying or being hunted.

P.S Its funny how greedy people can get, I never even considered giving my acc passes away to skilled players, as I wanted every frag etc to be my own.

@@ukaszs4671 Wizav was quite skilled for a MS doing lonely hunts or masslogs. He wasnt a great leader fot big, chaotic battles. Hexawob, Lady Tilly, Kargax, Cloudys (Jacke was better during old days), Emod was playinh on borrowed chars from time to time. Basically almosty anyone of old Pr0, North Star and all other members of guild made just to kill polaks from polak eagle and polaks for glory were an easy preys, before they took some guys from other servers we never had a problems. In major battles i was a loyal DMG dealer (as every MS/ED should be) and when things didnt go well for us, we were still able to take a group of MS and take more dumb polaks. Hell, even me and my EK friend have been hunting enemy polak mahes/RPs and still scored some nice frags.
You see, problem with white polaks of glory was that thet had lvls and no real experience (Undead Slayer was a prime example - highest lvl, 0 skill, mouth full of kurwas, cause he was a typical polak kid, he was playing his dumb game instead of learning something useful. Sure, WE had Miller and other folks, wich were capable leaders, at least for polak standards. I belive that they have been loosing, cause of poor communication.
TL;DR Been on Nova long before Wizav came to seek asylum in our guilds (for his DPM, and hunting skills obviously), participated in 3/4 wars, with 2/3 of them ending with polzka guys killed, with lost levels, eq, cash (wanted to say lost dignity, but they never had any) and some other stuff (like exclusively making PoI quest for newbies). Sold out my sorc, did my english exams for A, spent entire cash for weed and acid. Thats why i have no respect for those, that i call "polaks" - cause they literally were just a bunch of guys with no experience in real wars, and tons of free time to lvl up fast. Our alliance was the opposite - we had less lvls, but amazing leaders.

Anyone dumb enough to live in Ankrahmun and being semi-afk, while knowing that "pyramid hopping" exists. Wizav was harmless, had "muscles" (numbers like lvl and mlvl) but no skill to fight with someone closer to his own lvl.
For example Emod could kill Wizav without any major problems.
@@Vatsuggggg None of his teenage owners was any good in terms of raw pvp skill. He had a mouth tho.

When was the mage nerf? I remember +/- 2006 playing ms and dealing hits like crazy

Shame they did this. This and utamo nerf is what killed ms in my opinion. Now ms has low survivability, highest lvling cost, mediocre hits, unable to kill solo a 80+ pally/knight. High hits were the only thing that made ms mean something in this game. Low survivability should be compensated with high hits.

@@Kenny892892 when you use utamo another bar appears that is essentially the utamos hp.
So if you have 22k mana you only have an utamo that can take a hit of about 7k-8k before it breaks despite you still having mana but those 7-8k are still subtracted from you mana when your hit so if you run out of mana before those 7-8k breaks as well. Also utamo now has a higher cooldown before you use it.
Personally I think mages are still op especially on pvp.
And since there are many level 1000+ even some level 2000 now imagine a mage with an utamo of 30k mana or even 60k mana.

Stairjumping is a valid strat. People always cry about shit like this and camping in video games when the truth is it's a feature not a bug.

@@niktorrente6640Nah, he is telling the truth. Even Messiah's UE spam times were more thrilling than Wizav's attempts to PK in Ank close to server save. Pyramid-jumping needs no skill.
People like, for example Emod (102 ED) could kill Wizav with no problem at all.

@@konradmacura4586 Don't compare that times to these days. Today players have good internet with 0 lags, mouses with 12 buttons which allow You to hold arrows and hotkeys at the same time. Today 7.4 players have also better skill because had 20 years to train on ots, 20 years ago people just discovered tibia and practise everything on rl where every dead was much more painful.

Sorcerer using a bow and people call it the best tibia lol. It was fun for sure, but it was broken.
Nah, burst arrows gave an MS an opportunity to not only fight other players. but also costed less than runes/spells.

@@sdog1234 I agree with what You said now. Too bad, that CipSoft fcked up wands, dealing around 60 dmg per hit made them almost useless at higher Lvls. Not to mention low range... Sure, they did Exori spells a longer ranged ones, but it happened long after I sold my char.
All this guy did was spam ue in both attacks. Threw like 5 sds even with the button bashing system.
