I don't know why they are considering it a success. If you are not able to communicate, perform experiments after landing and all problems are only due to tilted landing. Then I would consider it a failed landing as luna had gone. The only difference is luna had an impact on moon.

There is no communication... Then how will you send that command to reignite the engines?
It's tilted side ways , don't think so it can be re aligned , if engines ignited it might go like rocket in horizontal direction.
