Honestly I really REALLY love this band and despite being a DT guy who doesn't like liberals/democRATs/baby killers I genuinely hope these guys don't stop making music. Even if they hate me and my type they are in my opinion one of the top 5 bands to ever exist. In the hard genre they're up there with Metallica,Slayer,Pantera,Zep and Black Sabbath. Definitely top 5 of all time.

Bands like this hold some of the best music out there, but very few are listening. When I play this band and others like them for people at work, I swear to you they shrug it off like they're hearing static. They'd rather have their Avenged Sevenfold and Killswitch Engaged. 😴😴😴 It has to do with exercising the brain. Just like physical exercise, the brain gets tired too, and if the brain is out of shape (which by definition IS the casual listener), they'll get tired of musical phrases that work the brain too much, and so they call the music "terrible" or even worse, "unrelatable".
We are wired when we are born to automatically accept the most common beat patterns, but very few grow outside of it, or, i.e., what ends up being the casual listener. Moon Tooth is the kind of music that FORCES you to grow beyond those inherent patterns. It is advanced music, and hence why it will NEVER see a wider, mainstream audience. It's superior in every single way, but the population as a whole just can't handle the brilliance of it.

Just found these guys on Spotify last week and they are all I’ve been listening to since. They kinda remind me of Animals as Leaders with some Incubus vocals or something. Sure, this is the only song that made me kinda chuckle a little and smh a bit.. like “let’s all just get along.. except for our Commander and Chief and those 50% of us that support him. He’s a clown.. so by default, they all must be clowns too. But yeah anyways, let’s all get along..” 🤷🏻♂️😂 Kinda can’t have a Kumbaya song that calls half of the people in your country clowns at the same time lol. That’s why it made me chuckle. I’ll tell you would would have been TRULY heart warming is if they would of had a ‘MAGA’ hat wearer up there too ( no, I’ve never worn one for the record lol). Diversity is not just skin deep or what genitals you have. Intellectual diversity should be just as important as well as faiths or beliefs. Especially with the amount of public violence and real persecution that they have been enduring simply for supporting a damn President. A president that’s won awards from the black community for his work.. and has their unemployment numbers the lowest in history. Very confusing message is all I’m saying. 🤷🏻♂️😅

It's impossible to separate politics and music; believe it or not, even the deliberate absence of political opinion from music is inherently a political decision
