BYRD Alman (Renaissance virginal harpsichord)

Just after sunrise, I headed out to record this little piece by Byrd (1540-1623) on my Renaissance-copy virginal, built in Toronto by Matthew Redsell. Recorded 19 August 2022.

No, but the one they currently have is virtually identical to the one in this video, which is in my own collection!
(Update: the HCH instrument is sold)
