A trick for creating smooth curves in Pivot Animator 5

The figure builder is used in transparent mode to trace over an image found online. A segment is stretched and then split multiple times to create a chain of aligned segments. Each segment is then bent and stretched into place. When more segments are needed the last segment can be stretched and then split again. This method is fast and ensures that the transition between segments is always smooth (the angle at the start of a segment matches the angle at the end of the previous segment). #shorts

Is there a feature yet where the images become an object you can animate? Like using the technique in the video to cut them out and manipulate them.

You can build a figure from sprite images, yes. I'm working on a tutorial video for it. You can read about it in the user guide. You need to do the cutting out in some other software currently though.

Is it possible to connect or link the open ends of the figure so there will be no constantly moving it away from the orange dot?...
(Also, maybe a sprite maker or mini Paint? I noticed how the texts squash and stretch soo... Just a thought)

You can load a picture as a background image or a sprite image. See the user guide for more details.
