Thank you. Deep bow of gratitude to you, for providing me with my first my discovery of this wonderful transformative music, sound, energy last year. I am now playing handpan, almost daily, and am in love with the safety, and expressive capability of this practise.
I bought a handpan because of you and i thank you for that from the bottom of my heart, because i stumbled upon this beautiful instrument by accident through one of your videos called the art of letting go, watching you play with all that passion and the mesmerizing and calming sound helps me relax during stressful times and also at night it helps me fall asleep. I wish you all the best from austria :).
I wish we could save Mother Earth from all the greedy ones. It feels hopeless sometimes and then I hear your music and I think if only everyone could hear, it would make a difference 🌟
Your music has become an accentual part of my morning meditation and workout routine. It helps a lot to just be in the moment rather than focusing on the tedious grind of it all. And my body is so much calmer mentally and physically. Much love.

Reading your comment made share the creation of the pan instrument...this instrument was the original creation of a people who celebrated their freedom from slavery and all that went with it....this is legacy of my ancestors of a tiny Caribbean island named Trinidad and Tobago....here the poor people in joy for their freedom grab all the garbage can covers beat old steel drums and thus the steel pan was born..,..years ago it was given to the world after years of refining by our people. This is our national instrument....anytime we celebrate the pans are there in all different musical arrangements by the pan scholars...there are hundreds of players making up the orchestras in competitions...I am so pleased to see the embracing of this instrument and it's music by so many beautiful comments...
It doesn't matter where we are from. It doesn't matter what religion we follow, what language we speak, or what country we are from. What matters is feeling the music's essence and if millions of people like you feel the same way, then the music has achieved its purpose. To everyone who is listening to this music right now and thinking about their past, feeling sad, happy, nostalgic, hopeful, crying, thinking, laughing, and looking towards the future with optimism, I send my greetings. Spotify just released my warped 2024. I had to laugh when my top 5 songs for the year were hand pan. It’s been a much more peaceful year though! And I’m happy to see that you have your work on Spotify!! I didn’t realize that until just today! Thanks for these beauties! They make my workday more pleasant 🙂

Originally the pan was created in Trinidad and Tobago a Caribbean island as an instrument that carries with it the sounds of freedom for the worn out human spirit. It now forms a part of the world musical instruments and is now where it should be....I hope the creators all gone can hear the music in their resting place above....

The hanpand has a story....my roots are part of it...I too can feel the freedom it gives....it was born out of a live for freedom.... freedom of the human spirit....by the people of my tiny island Trinidad and Tobago....all those who created this instrument and developed it's musical notes are all dead and gone but their spirits lives on in the music of their instrumental creativity that the world can now enjoy.

This one, though, has quickly become one of my favorites as the beat you created just flows ever so smoothly and transports me to a tropical paradise that is filled with history and mystery in its beauty and sensuality in how it touches and fills my soul with peace and joy and happiness.
Truth in your words....the pan was created on an island by poor people who desperately wanted music...and so took the old oil drums and thus we now have the beautiful rhythms of this hand pan a legacy given to the world by those rejoicing for their freedom from slavery.

@@TheSilentShadow96 Welcome I too did not give the instrument much appreciation because I hear the pan so often at home on our island.......it was reading all the beautiful comments made me go to wiki to find out about its origin and saw it was from us....I felt bad that I did not truly listen to it deeply enough to appreciate but most of the people here at home do give great respect to pan music...
This music is playing next to my mother's hospital bed. She's on her last stages of liver cancer (stage 4)and recovering from stroke and cannot take radiation because she is so weak. They say she has maybe a few weeks left of life at only 65 years old. I thought maybe this music can sooth her. I'm hoping for a miracle but I know that's wishful thinking😢
