It is a Yosakoi event ✨✨ As far as I have observed, there is a Yosakoi festival that starts in Summer. But throughout the year, there are Yosakoi events/competitions in certain areas. You should look at Tokyo Hanabi's (東京花火) performances on UA-cam. Their discography has been really interesting! I'd start with CHARI's channel if I were you, and then just search in YT their name in native language. There's a lot! 💕💕
This particular Yosakoi event is in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture - one hour south of Tokyo by train. I believe it is held on the first Sunday of June every year. Yosakoi is originally a cultural event from Kochi Prefecture on Shikoku island, but its popularity has seen it spread all over Japan.

格好いいこんなに綺麗な、よさこいは初めて見た目を奪われてしまうくらい美しいいつか画面越しじゃなくて本物をみてみたい😂
毎日３回は見てるけどこれだけの人数で時間差でこれだけ演舞できると言うことはかなりの練習があってのこと。ささいなことだけど鳴子やセンスが飛んでいってもちゃんと演舞をできている。大学生チームとしては本当にいいチームだと思います！

にいがた総踊りで演舞を初めて見ました。優雅で踊ってる人も可愛くよさこいのイメージが変わりました。本当に凄いチームです😊

今日、よさこい祭り見ました！
福岡からインターンで東京観光してたところ明治神宮でよさこい祭りしてることを知りました。
よさこい自体見るの初めてでしたが東京花火さんのを見て見入ってしまいました！
今日はお疲れ様でした！よさこいの良さを知れました
比べるものではないですが、チアガールがミニスカートで足を上げて踊るよりも落ち着いてみていられる
和風衣装は袂が綺麗で女性の優雅さも表われているし、同じ衣装の男性も力強さがでている
和服のしぐさができて似合う日本人は古来からの何かが受け継がれているようだ
このパフォーマンスが本当に大好きです❤！！あの日は雨が降ったと聞きましたが、皆さんとても素敵に踊りました。お疲れ様でした🎉👏！ベトナムで出会った皆さんがこの動画に出演しているのが嬉しいです！！一度生で見てみたいです🥹🥹

凄い！ファンになりました！このゲームミュージックの様な迫力と男女の衣装の違いとよさこいなのに、清楚感が美しすぎる。まるで日本舞踊。

音楽も全てとシンクロしており、何度もリピートしたくなる魅力があります。
世界に誇れる抜群のよさこい踊りで、
最高だと思います。
この人数での演舞は圧巻ですね！今年の花火も最高です。
